I made a purchase online to pick up in the store - unsure of how to get my products at the store. I went to the service desk and was helped first by Meribeth, a little later by Nicole. Both women were so professional and friendly! I will definitely use this service again and shop at this particular location for home and business needs.

Every time I go to Home Depot to find items, I am greeted with smiles and help. I appreciate it when the staff walks me to my question of where something is versus just pointing in the direction, like other stores do. This really makes the difference!

Toni was incredibly helpful!!! Usually I stumble around the store trying to find everything on my list but she was a total game changer. Not only did she show me where to find items but taught me why to choose between different options. She helped me save time and spend more money finding everything I needed all in one shopping trip. She was so fast at it too and I loved seeing how she interacted compassionately with her co-workers. Toni is a wonderful manager. Home Depot is LUCKY to have her!

I was desperately needing a garbage disposal to replace a failed one. No one had the one I needed in stock. So it appeared that having it shipped to home was way faster than having it shipped to Home Depot for pickup. I literally ordered it Monday evening and received it Wednesday afternoon!!! Thank you SO much for the quick turnaround!!! Outstanding service!!!

My husband and I have been shopping at the Bend store for 20 years now and we enjoy going in there to do out shopping for our business and home. The management at the store has been there a long time which shows how well they all work together. Thank you Steve and Alex at the Pro Desk for making your store our store of choice.

We just purchased a major appliance from Home Depot and had an exceptional experience. The employee who helped us was named Cheryl, and she was patient, helpful, didn't rush us, and paid quality attention. Unfortunately, as many can attest, shopping anywhere can be frustrating in today's environment. So many places are short staffed and then if and when you do get help, they're in a hurry to get to another task. Very satisfied with our experience at Home Depot.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to reach out to express my appreciation and thanks for the work that Chaya has done over the course of the past several weeks regarding a faulty washer that I purchased.  While I spent months (no not an exaggeration) on the phone with Whirlpool attempting to address the issue, once the remedy was directed back to the store, she has done nothing but handle the matter with grace, ensuring to address all of my concerns.  Her work has been efficient and has gone well beyond a simple exchange.  For this reason, I am thankful.   It does not go without saying that Kathleen also deserves some credit for her willingness to meet with me and order an additional part, as well as fully explain several key components to the machine that I purchased.  I am grateful for her attention to detail, speaking volumes to the care she has for the client.  Kathleen was present and attentive and also went above and beyond an additional purchase.   Please pass on the note of gratitude on my behalf and work to keep these two wonderful beings present at your store! I needed to add onto the sprinkler system installed and did not want to wait for a professional. A man working in the irrigation department helped me find the supplies I needed and a few items I had not realized I needed. He saved me time, money, and frustration with multiple trips back to the store. The woman working the self-checkout area was helpful and friendly, leaving me feeling like I had made a friend.

Asked for assistance applying store credit cards in self checkout and the employee refused helping until it was evident the system had issues and then gave me an under the breathe snide remark. Store wasn’t busy.

The products I was recommended are great, the investment was worth it.

I buy my gardening supplies and home improvement items at this store and have always been satisfied with the service.

Needed a Fridgerator and Toilet all employees were very nice and helpful

From getting help over the phone before I came in, to being remembered by the employee I had spoken with, they were able to help me locate what I needed and was more than happy to cut my blinds to size. They even made sure to tape up the packaging real good so that I could easily take home. On top of all the great service that person was knowledgeable in other products I needed and directed me to where I needed to go and sending help that came quickly. Even the cashier was nice at the end of my visit. I'm definitely coming back for my home improvement based needs.

Purchased a pre-hung interior door, my fourth in the same style. Afternoon 11 week wait the door arrived and after unboxing it was found that the quality of construction and materials had gone way down. Hinge screws not centered, staples on the side where it meets the top set too deep resulting it chipped out wood and a weak joint, and finally the finish on the side rails very brittle and prone to chipping.

We went to the Home Depot. Our cashier Maggie was so friendly and helpful and was great at her job.

I needed help with a door lock issue that I had spent weeks trying to solve. On my last trip to Home Depot a staff person asked me what I was trying to do. After describing it, she called a staff member, Angelina, who quickly showed-up. She listened to what I needed and took action to confidently and completely solve my problem. She offered additional perspective on how to avoid the problem in the future and up-sold me several items that will help. I learned that I should allow for the time to ask for a subject matter expert when I arrive at the store. It will save time in the future.

We were looking for a ceramic top stove and Vint went out of his way to look up more information for us on the Black Friday deals. Making the whole purchasing/delivery process painless, while explaining all the fine print. A huge shoutout and thank you to Vint! We’ll definitely be back!

Melissa Schmidt was wonderful to work with. She surprised herself by remembering how to write up a carpet order and install independently without any assistance and I like to see that kind of initiative. Great job and I hope we can work with you for our next project!

After being told that another store had no quart-size exterior paint and there was a nationwide shortage, I called HD and got a friendly Sara on the line who said they had plenty. When I got there Nolan knew all about me and was ready with suggestions and the paint. Sandy the cashier was the 3rd friendly, helpful and expedient person I met. Great experience

Very good end of season price on a lawn mower

Through a project, Home Depot has become our second home. So many people have helped us.....Jenna, Lexi, Mary-Beth, Steve, Mark, Heather, Elsie, and I'm missing a bunch. Great people, great store

I ordered new windows on 4/2/21 and was told they’d be there about 5/11/21. After checking the website 10 times for my order I went to the stores pro desk on 5/20/21 to see about my order. Was finally put in contact with someone who could answer where my order was and when it would be delivered. My order had been in the store since 5/12/21 with no communication to me. The automated response needs to be done away with and have a person to speak to
