This was the most wonderful experience ever! Thank you, Home Depot management, for hiring enough people so I did not have to hunt down help. The greeter was outstanding. He gave me a cheery greeting, immediately asked if I needed help and gave me clear directions to the correct aisle. At least four other workers wished me a good day and one even commented that he liked my Disney Pirates t-shirt. At the self-checkout, a young lady immediately assisted me. The manager promptly responded when I requested to see him.

Great store to do business with, as a senior i was appreciative of the support the employees gave me. Thank you

Stock was good-nice amount of supplies were available. Overall staff is courteous.

The employees go above and beyond to make sure the customers are finding what they need. I always feel welcomed in this store.

Everyone you meet in the store is friendly and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed plus. I walked in for one item and of course I walked out with about 25. That’s how that works you know that. This Home Depot in Bensalem, I have been going there since they build it. I see a lot of the same faces. So it’s like going home when you go there. So I make a list and I always go to the same place in Bensalem, that’s my Home Depot. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. Besides all that I think your products are superior, paint , blinds. tile, Any type of adhesive or calk. I think the place is going under some changes all for the better. PS I don’t work for them, I don’t know anybody that works for them family or otherwise. It’s just nice to say somethings good when it’s good.

Great store to shop at always has what I need

Not only do I shop at the Bensalem Home Depot, but my contractor who worked on my rec room and bathroom renovations also used that specific Home Depot location. Good selection, good service and easy pickup. And in the Spring, their Nursery Dept is outstanding!

I been using this store for years. Sales people very knowable and friendly. Quick check out. This store is very clean and orderly.

The employees are not very knowledgeable, and not very friendly, and a lot of standard items are not in stock.

I always shop at this location. When I was doing my bathroom, you employees were the best. From picking out my items to your customer service and the delivery of my items.

Recently discovered this location. I am so impressed that I now drive 5 miles out of my way to shop here. I should mention, I pass another Home Depot and a Lowe’s . This location hires people that care. There are plenty associates to assist and they DO want to help you. The store seems well stocked, clean and organized. I used to dread going to my local home improvement store, but since finding this location, I have rediscovered that I kind of like looking for home improvement products.

We purchased a new kitchen at HD...Some of the subcontractors were not up to par..Alex ..one of your managers at Bensalem HD was up to speed and did an absolutely phenomenal job at handling our issues and creating solutions to our problems..Bright young man and courteous to the extreme..We loved working with him to our complete satisfaction..

Screws, nails, etc. All over floor. Had an employee sweeping, just pushing trash around. Employees are not very knowledgeable about products in the area's they work in, then some employees make you feel like you are bothering them. The front end( register areas ) lines move fast, I would like to say something about the Employee MaryEllen, she was very nice, helpful, knew what we needed and knew where to go in store( other employees had us on a wild goose chase) and then when we were ready to pay she actually turned out to be our cashier! Again she was very nice, asked if we found everything ok. Thanks to her we ended the visit being happy. I worked in retail for 15 years, I know how tough some days can be, but its important that ALL EMPLOYEES are trained properly, and PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.

Personnel are very helpful. Clean store and they provide safe procedures from Covid19.

During these difficult time. This H.D. added a security and efficiency, very very few places adhere to. I felt completely at ease, safe and well taken care of! It is by far a awsome shopping experience. Electrical tops. Plumbing the 2 gentlement is that deparment are so awsome and make you feel important!

Product was in stock and employee helped to find the correct item that I was looking for. The cashier was very nice and helpful and checkout was quick.

The customers service Anthony G were total rude and careless. He tell us “you can count until you bluing the face”. I return 8 items and he only scan 6 , refused to check in my pro-account for the purchase. What type of customer service is this?

This location has friendlier staff. They have almost all the stuff that we need. Checking out is quick. I love this location!

I have been using this store for years. With current issues with the Corona virus I would think they would be more proactive with sanitizing the carts and making sure the hand sanitizer stations were full and available for use, but they were not when I was there on Thursday 6/18/2020.

This store is clean and the staff are always helpful in locating the items that I need.
