I think they should have more employees available to answer questions, but the people working there are very friendly and helpful, you just have to wait.

Great Customer Service experience with a return with no receipt...

Steve in paint was fantastic. I had no idea what I was looking for other than a paint match. He was friendly, quick, and even dried the sample on the chip from my wall before we left to make sure it was exact. We learned more from him about how the machine works and the possibilities for future color matches. He selected the right size for our needs, was patient and went beyond answering our questions. Steve is definitely a benefit to this location and the paint department.

Had a great experience getting new tools while discussing with the Ryobi/Milwaukee expert as he gave great advice on tool quality and value

We recently shopped at Home Depot. There were plenty of employees there to help with us as we walked around the store looking for different items. The employees were friendly, neat in appearance and very helpful! We were in and out with EVERYTHING we wanted to purchase in a nice amount of time!!

The employees are extremely helpful, the store is organized, clean, and well stocked. The employees made sure to ask if I was a military veteran and helped me through the registration process to receive a 10% discount. These days, who couldn't use that!

The guys at the store were able to help me with everything I needed for our DIY bathroom project!

The clerk Cindy at the Bettendorf was a model example of what a clerk should be.... greeted customers as a guest, used common sense, knew products, and acted grateful for her customers! She needs to be put into a training venue to attempt to give the young, and other not so congenial clerks, skills of communications,manners, and kindnesses! Grateful I ventured into that location. will now always try to get my supplies there on my weekly trip to Quad Cities!

Bought vinyl plank last year and love the Life Proof brand. Came back this year for Life Proof carpet. Customer service brings us back and the products they sell are grest. You can shop with confidence shopping at Home Depot

Have been looking at vinyl plank flooring for over a month. Good array of color options for the product we were looking for. Prices seem to very good. Good selection of product was available.

I was very happy that the light bulbs I was looking for were located just beyond the front entrance and easy to access.

Last purchase I made was a sauna. Works great, came in on delivery truck two days early, and was treated very well by everyone in the process. Bought a freezer before that. Again same treatment by all.

I regularly shop at all of the home improvement stores in the area and while all have good customer service, I have noticed that Home Depot employees are consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient which is harder to find right now with many businesses experiencing staffing difficulties.

From the time I entered the front door until I checked out was an outstanding. I wish all my shopping experiences went this well! I travelled an hour and a half to get to this store. I will definitely be traveling there again.

No need to shop elsewhere I was approached and the staff made sure any needs of mine were met. It was late and nobody was rushing me.

I get the job of purchasing and bringing home large quantities of tile. Home Depot is always eager to help me load the tile and get it in my vehicle. They never make me feel bad about asking for help like their competitors do. Honestly, they have the best customer service and options! Thanks Team.
