We had an excellent experience purchasing a refrigerator and linoleum today at the Bloomfield Store! Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and professional! We had outstanding customer service from Bennett, Gabby, and Jenelle! Everything was done efficiently and with thoughtful care. This store is clean, pleasant, and the personnel are great! Thank you! Highly recommend this establishment!

Delilah was super helpful and very efficient. She helped me with my issue and provided best service.

I have been shopping in this store for years and it runs very well. They staff is always full and available to help. The staff could use more training in the items they are attending to though.

I use home depot for everything I need to remodel my home. I know that they will have it in stock, so it's just easy in and out of the store.

Yet again, Home Depot lets me down. I checked online to make sure that the product I needed was in stock before heading to the store. I made sure that it wasn't 1 or 2 units in stock...it was 7. It was a pretty niche product, so I was secure in the fact that it would be there...no one could find it. I was "helped" by 3 different associates, all of whom were polite, friendly and in no way going to do anything other than stare at the shelf that the product should be on and say "don't believe what it says online". They checked the phone-like device they all carry and said, yes it looks like they should be here..."but I have never seen that". So frustrating that promise of the "big box" store having a bigger selection of products has failed and all the local stores have either gone out of business or only carry the very basics. Clearly this is not the first time this has happened and sadly it will not be the last!

I think the store could use a overhaul there’s so many new and updated stylish efficient types of home improvement products that we see on various home improvement shows that the store doesn’t seem to consider carrying I love Home Depot because it makes my changes rather affordable I want to see that remain consistent but at the same time let’s improve the shopping experienceAnd excite us with products we only see available through home improvement shows. I would like to see classes for women on how to use certain power tools to complete our DIY’s

I’m there almost every day and most everything is fine until you have to get on line and have the bad lock off being checked out By a certain very nasty cashier who seems to be miserable with her job and for some reason looks like she enjoys giving me a hard time every time she takes care of me

The store is excellent. The staff take it to the next level though. Special shout out to Dykeia, Chris, Narendra and Mrs. Dee. If everyone cared as much about their job - in any profession or field - as these 4 do; we'd be in a pretty great space. They were kind, beyond helpful, friendly and just fun to work with.

I bought this last week and I love it a lot

On my visit today I was assisted by cashier Valerie who was very nice and very helpful with my purchase. A great asset to the store and the company!

It seems everyone that works at this particular Home Depot is unhappy working there. Multiple workers displayed rudeness and disrespect. She even had the nerve to accuse me of speaking to her in a degrading way because I tried to correct her rudeness. I believe this is due to poor management. This store needs to re-train its employees.

This is the only store I feel like I need to do the survey. I want all the leadership to know what a wonderful staff they have here in this location. I haven’t come across anybody that’s wasn’t willing to help even if it’s not their department. Love this place.

I was shopping in the gardening section and could not locate items that were advertised and a young staff member stepped up and search and we finally located the items so I could then get in line and check out.

Absolute horrible experience last 10 visits. I am going to avoid this store 100%. Trust me this store stinks from Store Manager to all the way down. You will enter the store and feel how disgustingly un-happy are its employees. They will try to avoid you or if you do happen to find one to ask a question. They will act as if you are being a burden to their existence.

I bought a range there and I'm very happy with it ☺

the free shipping isnt worth it HD sub contracts the work to a company which doesnt give a hoot i wouldn't expect anything and will never purchase from them again

The customer service is great. When a consumer goes into an establishment the last thing they need is an irritable employee addressing them. I DO NOT have to experience that type of behavior, Customer Friendly!

I went to HD to purchase a washer and dryer after the flood the Hurricane Ida caused and Jackson provided excellent customer service and care. The attention to my specifics needs and budgetary constraints were taken into consideration and. I was able to purchase the appliances I needed within my budget. Jackson was attentive and empathetic to my needs, not your every day customer service experience. I will definitely return and trust that I will be in good hands. Good job Jackson and Home Depot!

The cashier Ashley was such a good help. And more cashiers can be as pleasant. Other stores should come and take listens from the cashiers at Home depot

The store has this very good handicap compassionate employee by the name Pete the Greeter, works very well with the elderly and and shoes very good interest from the very moment of walking in the home depot store.

I would recommend the store strictly for the exceptional help I received. The overall store could use a makeover but the employees were very friendly and helpful, especially Barbara.
