The employee I dealt with was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked about an item I was looking for in the automotive section, I was told: "This is not AutoZone". Maybe a little training on how to refer customers to retailers that carry the products Home Depot does not might be in order at this store.

Lack of help on some of the department. Poor customer service from some of the employee. One of them tall me is a self service area no employee or department manager around.

Clean store, close to home, nice selections..helpful associates

be prepared when visiting this store. aisles too congested. hard to maneuver. unable to shop selection due to full carts parked everywhere. many therapy dogs. garden center always has long lines, problematic registers. staff generally grumpy and not helpful. if you are expecting a safe environment ; looks can be deceiving .

Marilyn's vast knowledge of every aspect of the Gardening Center to plants, soil, ceramic containers, etc. were outstanding. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to my husband and I. Marilyn is passionate about her position. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with her. Employees are kind, forthcoming and knowledgeable about their products.

Employees not interested in helping if they are busy conversing with each other

We purchased a Rheem water heater propane and Home Depot's Delta Mechanical picked it up and installed it. The plumber they sent us Milan Petrovich did an excellent job!

From the moment i entered the store i was greeted by a very helpful associate who got right to work helping me find what i was looking for! It is rare now a days to find this kind of service! I am very pleased with the Home Depot Store #6373 and will definitely be shopping at this location for all my business and home repair needs! Thank You

Double charged by a sales associate on equipment rental! Returned they next day asking if it could be corrected, one associated admitted someone else was double charged the same day I was, but wasn't a rental it was a store purchase with a debt card! Watch your bank account for double charges from this location! Employee admitted it happens!! The rest of the employees were rude and couldn't even see that they literally printed two separate transactions with my card number! Very rude employees! No resolution, hope my bank can refund the $214.98 that was taken out of my account by HOME DEPOT!!! Home depot, I need my money back!

The work ethic of the team at the Bonita Beach store is beyond what I had expected or experienced at any other home improvement store. If I could not find something, I did not have to seek to find anyone to help me..they found me! The product availability was abundant in everything I was shopping for, aisles are marked clearly and ease of moving around within the store was easy and not cluttered.

The manager Linda is wonderful. So helpful. She goes over and beyond. I will always shop at this Home Depot because of Linda. Wonderful store! Great and easy shopping experience!

I prefer this Home Depot to the ones in Naples because the inventory seems to be what I need in stock and because the employees are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, Todd and Mikel, going out of their way to help me being as I am an older woman. Thank you!

Great Service Super Nice People

This is usually my go to store for home improvement items. After today I may have to seriously reconsider that. I went in first thing this morning to see if they had restocked on sanitizing wipes and sprays. To my surprise and disgust I found a separate cart of what was meant to look like damaged/returned items....guess what was in that cart? Sanitizing wipes and sprays! The employees were taking them for theirselves instead of putting these items on the shelves for customers to buy. The employees are no better than the rest of us. Why are they at work, getting paid to work, but instead hiding these items for their own purchase? I find this to be shocking and downright rude during this time of crisis. Now I understand these employees need to buy stuff too but do it when your not working and don’t stockpile a cart of items for yourself and leave it in the aisle for customers to see and want. This is uncalled for and management should be ashamed for allowing this to happen. If corporate is aware of this then measures should be taken to correct it.

Customer service is not present at this store.They had what i was looking for but no one available to help.

My company shops here too so I ask the guys and they help me decide what to buy when I go there and HD people are wonderful and helpful too.

the store is very convenient to park & exit. The plants are always kept in good looking condition. There is not difficulty finding product(s) & if you cannot find something you are looking for there is always workers in the isles that are eager & ready to help. the store is always picked up & clean.

As a 'Northerner' turned 'Floridian', I had an impression of The Home Depot as it was where I was from.... Well, the Bonita Springs HOME DEPOT is a special place, and I'm glad to be near it :) Welcome to Southwest Florida!!!
