The price that was listed on the dishwasher was not the price that was on my sales receipt and I did not notice until 4 days later and the price of the dishwasher had changed. The price on my sales receipt was $44 more than the price showing on the dishwasher.

Personnel are stiff and oftentimes pretend they're busy. They seldom do eye contacts when greeted.

I had a great experience shopping at Home Depot today. I needed assistance from several people and they were all friendly and quick to help. Very pleasant.

Store is great for everything except carpeting. DO NOT GET CARPET MEASUREMENT FROM HOME DEPOT.

The employees at the Bowie, Maryland, Home Depot are very knowledgeable and resourceful. They can check their store inventory with a phone app and can find any item in the store or in any nearby stores. Or, they can suggest alternate items that can complete your shopping list. They will work as a team to ensure that your shopping experienced is the best.

Best associates in the business. There’s always someone willing to help or find help if they can’t. The store is very clean, products are easy to find, especially with the Home Depot app that gives you the exact aisle and bay where the item your looking for is located along with a map of the store.

Throughout many years, at least 30, I have done most of my home improvement and maintenance shopping at Home Depot which included building and gardening materials for adding decks, remodeling kitchen, and other spaces, as well as beautifying and maintaining my lawn. All of my shopping experiences at Home Depot have been excellent. I always either found what I needed in the store or the sales persons would order it for me and usually have it delivered to the store for pick up or delivered to my home (kitchen cabinets). The sales people were always helpful making sure that I got what I wanted. Whenever I had a complaint, they made sure I got satisfactory solutions.

This is hands down the best service oriented Home Depot I have ever been to! We have just moved to the area and were picking up a bunch of items for our home. Usually HD has what we need regardless, but no one is around to help. That is not the case with this store! For the first time ever, I was actually asked if I needed help with anything by multiple employees! Very impressed with the service and I will definitely be coming back again to this location in particular.

thanks to the manager helping out I was able to get my football team a cooler that was comfortable and cool and cross the 3rd for my theme and plaza Landover road Landover boys & girls club in Landover I think the manager and staff for all the help and service they did my guys and girls were able to drink with curse so they wouldn't fall out in the heat my guys and girls taking care of I really appreciate it thanks a lot thanks for all your time and patience made sure the day was about and the third super quest thank you for the management team at home Depot thank you on September 9th at 9:30 thank you it went out their way to help me at the close of the day I left later than thank you and the man who went out at closing today help me out thank you for all the help and all the time and all the service about their health and service I wouldn't been able to quacks my players and doors in fallout and pass out on Saturday's game and thanks for all your help the team at home Depot is that and cashier thank you!!

The employees in the paint department are very helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent advise. The cashier was also very sweet. Thanks, everyone!

The Home Depot on Crain Highway is fully stocked with whatever I need. The Employees are very courteous and very knowledgeable of what I am looking for. I did not have to wait very long for service. This store is for me.

Customer assistance is lacking each time I pay this Home Depot a visit. This time I needed assistance in the plumbing aisle and found that there was not an associate in either of the aisles. I ended up having to "Google" the difference between the types of copper piping. I have previously worked at Home Depot as a youth and found that having adequate associates stocked in each department was vital in order to provide good customer service. Product replenishment was lacking too. There was two pieces of 1/2 inch type M copper piping: one piece was bent and damaged, while the other was only slightly bent. I choose the best of the two since it seemed like it would take awhile for someone to restock merchandise. The store could have done a better job. To be honest my visit was typical for this Home Depot.

I AM A WIDOW AND HAVE TO DO MANY JOBS OWN MY ON FOR INSTANT MICE BEST WAY TO RID MY HOUSE WITH OUT PAYING EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMEONE TO COME, THEN OUT SIDE DEER EATING UP ALL MY PLANTS, THEN I DO CRAFTS FOUND GLUE GUN AND STICKS PLASTIC CONTAINERS ETC AS WELL AS GIFT CARDS FOR GIFTS, I COME PAST HE STORE CLOSE TO ME, WHEN I BUY MY GAS, I FEEL AT PEACE HERE,AND WELCOME.

The level of service received by Linda Hauser was off the meter. She was friendly, patient, and most knowledgeable about her area. Everytime i visit a HD, i will expect the same level of effort.

Zack over in lumber is great...also there is an older -older than 45 years old- guy in power tools w/ glasses that is also pretty good. You are also greeted by a singing lady as you walk in or sometimes she is at a register. Only thing missing is sugary treats as you leave, but I guess you could purchase candy at the register.
