If you go to this location...ask for Bill he exhibits exceptional service. Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what was in all the aisles I asked about. Hunter is good helper too. If It was not for these two staff members I would not shop at this location.

The staff at this Home Depot were so helpful, ask for Rodney USA he spent several hours helping me purchase the items I needed for total renovation.

THE PART TIME EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER AT BOWIE STORE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND HAVE ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE GARDEN DEPT. ALL MY NEEDS FOR GARDEN WILL BE DONE HERE FROM NOW ON.

Serena is always so helpful. She runs to help me put items that are too big to lift alone in the cart. I'm very appreciative. The Bowie location is probably one of the best, if not the best, locations in Maryland.

Bowie Home Depot is always a pleasure. Items are readily available and seasonal items are always located conveniently. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Working on my Mom's house - She passed away July 6. Running to Home Depot all the time to get everything contractors needed asap -- that they didn't know they needed so didn't have items with them. I did the Home Depot runs and they kept working. Home Depot always had what we needed. I'm over 60 and a woman -- I know a little about construction stuff -- not a lot -- and often need help making sure I return home with exactly what contractors need. This time it was quarter rounds and a special filter and I spoke to Cashier Erik who helped with both items... andI mentioned that my Mom had passed and what we were doing to house... He stopped, came around the register and gave me a hug and said the nicest things. He also let me check out at the contractor's register because I have bad feet and knees. He COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY -- MADE MY DAY. WONDERFUL MAN. So respectful, so pleasant. I won't ever forget. You don't see that kind of service a lot these days. Cashier Paloma in Outside Nursery -- just like Erik. As nice as she could be and so very helpful -- had someone help me take mulch to car and put it in car for me. Cashier Gwendolyn -- same thing. As pleasant and nice and helpful with everything. Can't thank you enough for being there and having 99-100% of items needed on hand or I could p/u next day. Have a wonderful day. House looks terrific and we're about ready to put it on the market. Your employees make your store what it is. Treat them well and they will treat your store like it's their own!

Serena helped me load my bags that weighed 70lbs! She did every single one of them and I couldn't be more grateful for her.

I come in just for a soda sometimes cause Serena just has that charm haha

This is the best store I've visited since moving to the area. Always find what I need, assistance is always available. The best customer service I've seen since moving to the area.

I received some stellar customer service from Eddie in appliances. I went in there expecting the run around but instead got someone that cared about his customers and took care of my issues. You are lucky to have him on your team.

Prior to this particular visit to the store, I had come to the store the day before to get the same thing done. That is to buy a 2x4 and have it cut into 6 pieces that were nine inches in length. On the previous visit, some cuts of the wood was off by as much as an inch. I almost went to a competitor. Thankfully the next day, when I gave Home Depot a second chance Mr. Kim was there. He really took his time measuring and marking the wood before cutting, and then checking the cuts afterwards. My sincere thanks to Mr. Kim. I used the pieces of wood to replaced supporting legs under my bed. Thanks to Mr. Kim I was able to have my first normal night of sleep in four days. I will definitely seek him out if I am in that wood section of the store. When we go to a store, it is not just about products but the service you can provide. Mr. Kim represented both good product and service, what Home Depot could really be about.

Each time I shop here, I am satisfied with the Customer Service provided.

The people that work at this location are very friendly and truly want to help. Unfortunately, we were not able to get all that we wanted to purchase on this visit, due to one item, which appeared to be available at this location, not being locatable by the employee who was helping us, although he went to numerous location throughout the store to try to find it. We also recommend asking questions about discounts when the cashier asks if you want to open a credit card with Home Depot. We were supposed to get a military discount, but had to go to customer service after our purchase was finalized to get it.

Although I feel the prices are comparable, Lowe's has yet to match home depot in customer service.

I have been shopping HOME DEPOT of Bowie for over 8 years. The employees have always been nice to me. They walk with you to help you find what is the best product for what you need. The customer service is overwhelming. I can name several of their employees who were extremely nice to me. Thank you HOME DEPOT of Bowie for excellent customer service throughout your store.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE very neat, clean and friendly staff and management team.

As usual the customer service was very bad. The person to help at the self check out was VERY rude. If Lowes carried the brand of cut-off wheels that I wanted I would not have ben there in the first place. Good customer service has been missing from this store for a long time. They are either not available, rude or not knowledgeable or they pretend they know what they are talking about.

Flooring Department needs to recognize and learn to treat all customers with exceptional services.

If you are about to start a project or finish one this is a store to visit. I sometimes walk through it just to see what is available. I get ideas for projects often online and go to the store to see availability. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need and I get my ideas to reality with no hitch.

Excellent costumer service.
