It is easy to find the products, and if you need help, employees will be there for you

There are never any associates available to help. Thank goodness for the app, because I would never find anything otherwise. The whole experience is miserable. During a pandemic the associates do not properly wear there masks.

I was surprised to see how clean and organise this store is, and the employees are nice and try to help you and if they can help you they find someone who can but the best thing I like is that just about everywhere you see handsanitiz. I would like to ask Home depot shopper to be mindful and use the handsanitiz before and after touching the merchandis in the store. Clovis is still out there and when ever possible I use there handsanitiz before touching anything in the store and is a little thing that I can do for the next person that touches the same thing. I believe you as a shopper can do the same, Home depot is trying by , the handsanitiz is there use it. I work , I'm a handyman and I get calls to go" maybe to your home, think about and do the right thing

I liked this store but not today. Bad customer service in tools except for Tom. The rep is lazy.

I feel this store stocks item for sale but don't make them readily available for customer to use when entering the store to wipe down carts or hands.

PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS A GREAT HELP ESPECIALLY ANDRE HE KNOWS HIS STUFF WENT TO OTHER HOME DEPOT CLOSER TO MY HOME AFTER 5 OOOPS PAINT MIXES >>>>>WE TRIED THIS STORE OUR IT WAS OUR LAST TRY> it was a brown color and one guy gave us blue?? I never got assistance when I was about to load my car with heavy items and I did 3 times at the Home Depot Store #0947 in Bridgewater, NJ. The employees came up me to offer assistance as I was about to load heavy bags of soil into my car and I am a 66 year old female - WOW!!!

I shop this store 2 to 3 times a week. The store is well staffed however associates are usually grouped having non-work related conversations. On more than one occasion when I needed assistance the employee pointed to an aisle or spent 2 minutes telling me where the item is located rather than helping. I don’t shop looking for 5 star service, just the basics.

the store seems to always have what I NEED OR THEY WILL LET ME KOW WHICH STORE HAS IT IN STOCK.THEY ALL WORK HARD TO KEEP THE STORE CLEAN AND SAFE SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO SHOP DURING THIS EPIDEMIC. ITS NICE TO SEE THEY ALL ARE WORKING AS A TEAM.

Rude Associates

Store is definitely one of my favorite place to go especially for my gardening needs. They have a variety of indoor and outdoor plants and decorative ideas. Also just recently purchased a Water Heater Tank and had to return coz of wrong measurements, we didn’t have trouble returning the item at all. Everyone is very friendly.

Chris Mann was an excellent employee who went out of his way to help me. He's a true gem to the store

This location has very unfriendly people working there, plants are not well kept. Cashiers do not check prices as one should in customer service oriented places. I got this plant and it was a very different price from where I picked it up from then what was scanning and the cashier was like that’s the price and I told her I can take you to the location. I took her to the plant and she was confused looking around and asked someone else to assist her. Then the other woman told her that I was right about the price and to change it. I don’t understand why she had to be nasty about it in the first place when she could’ve said let me check that for you. So horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The associates are very mean and never help the customers

The employees were very helpful and all items were easily accessible. I would recommend anyone to shop at Home Depot, for all your Household needs. And the price is right.

This store never ceases to amaze me, from their strick practices of safe distancing, to helping others in the store, incedible, I love that they always are friendly and knowledgable about their products and locations, it amazes me how they can know where the all products are located, as many times as Im at this store, I still need to ask for locations of items, but they are incredible, I love shopping here they always have items on sale, merchandise is so much in variety, and there's always a friendly face and someone willing to help you, sometimes they just ask you if you need assistance when they see you are looking , which is nice, that's some good customer service, the employees look very happy, and that's essential in a place to work, if you don't like your job and the company you work for it will show, these employees are always upbeat and happy and friendly and always willing to help in the best ways possible.

Hire new staff!! Little Edwin just ain’t cutting it, the other guy assisting me That Edwin called over did not want to break a nail. What ever happen to customer assistance?

Customer service was not good at lumber. Workers did not call for manager was I asked for one. They insisted I take damaged dog ear fences when I asked for better quality.

I had an awesome experience at Bridgewater, Home Depot. The staff at the Pro-desk, at kitchen designing center and at customer service desk department went above and beyond to help me with my concerns and purchases. I appreciate their sincerity and dedication.

Store is very clean and full of friendly staff. Matt helped me right from the start, answering my questions about a grill I was interested in, then guiding me throughout the store to help me with other purchases. He even disassembled a piece of the grill for me so that it fit inside my car. This saved me a good amount of time Not having to put it together at home. Loaders helped me on multiple occasions since I needed to make separate trips to pick up my items. They even strapped a cabinet in box with twine (no charge) so secure it from falling out of my vehicle. Getting a credit card took a little while to sign up for, but it was pretty easy. Overall great experience!

With all the craziness going on I am very happy that the employees are making a huge sacrifice and going to work so we people can have our "Stuff". I came for gardening supplies since my fam will be in doors for gosh knows how long. Keep Supporting your staff with that they need. "Sejah" rung me up and was very nice. A guy came and got the products for me but I don't know his name. He was nice and fast too. Also the guard was helpful and smiled. Its the little things that make the difference.
