I have shopped here for years out of convenience and have not been impressed with the customer service until recently. On my last couple of visits I have been greeted and have been offered assistance. One employee in particular, Janet D. seems to be sincerely interested in the customer's satisfaction.

I have shopped this store for many years altho it is one of the smaller Home Depots. I bought some stain and it didn't work, tried to return it, was insulted by the paint dept and the service dept. Not a happy experience.

Organized and helpful

6:30 a.m., and they were smiling and helpful. Everything I needed was available in good quantities, with prices right there. The store was clean, neat and well stocked. They were even helpful in the parking lot when I was trying to get things in my car. This location is one of the extra special good ones.

the perfect store for someone,as myself, who knows nothing but was sent to buy things I was helped , guided and laughed through my purchases THANKS!!

This store was very clean...employees great you with a smile...most are very knowledgeable in their department. I got help right away when I couldn't find something. I was really impressed with the cleanliness...especially the ladies room.

Store is clean and easy to find stuffs

I am always impressed with the helpfulness of the sales associates. I don't shop at any other store of this type. It's always clean and all isles are well marked with what product is contained there. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get help but they are usually helping another customer and that is fine. I got help with a hanging basket which was too high and too heavy for me to bring down. An associate got it for me, took it to the cashier and then put it in my car. GREAT SERVICE!!

I was impressed with the knowledge of Bernadette in the tile section of the store on matching tiles and having design and layout options so I would not have to remove all the tiles from my living room for a repair job of 15 tiles.

They have plenty of helpful people working there. They usually have everything I need, and easy to find. Everyone was friendly, I went at a time when the store was not crowded so I didn't have to wait on line. If the workers didn't know what I wanted, they called someone who did help me. I would have been in and out in 15 minutes but I tend to dilly dally around looking for new idears.

Very helpful and informative staff! In more than one area we were helped by employees who really knew their stuff which helped guide us in our purchase selections.

We were putting together a Stronghold shed, and a wrong panel was included in the box. Normally, we are supposed to contact the manufacturer directly, but we did not want to wait for them to ship the piece to us. The employee- I think his name was Jay?- was more than happy after getting the ASMs permission to pull another shed down and find the missing piece. There were 4 boxes included to build the whole shed, he pulled the correct box out and brought it up to us, taking the incorrect piece from up to deal with the manufacturer at a later date. This exemplifies customer service and we will definitely use this HD again!!

I found everything that I needed and the location is very convenient. The older gentlemen in plumbing who is a retired plumber was very helpful!
