Anyone else notice a drop in the experience and quality of staff here. Not necessarily bad people but the knowledge isn't there anymore

Whether it is spring and summer, gardening area meets all our needs. Plants are healthy and staff will assist in loading heavy bags. Winter when we all look to see what needs to be redone, again staff is helpful with finding those things you need. (Closet racks, hooks, paint, replacement vents to name a few).

I was refinishing my hardwood floors. The young lady at the paint department was such a great help. Listen to what I was trying to do and recommend the right products. She gets the gold star in my book

Employees are helpful finding specific items needed

I was in need of a new stackable washer/dryer combo and was able to purchase one and have delivery in a few days. The staff was most pleasant when I entered the store. Allen was of great assistance.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from this Cape May store and was entirely satisfied with the process and the product.

Why do the directions say to avoid writing about cutomer service, contact us instead? My complaint is about customer service.

We use this store often with our renovation. Employees are helpful. Only recently we were denied a military discount on our purchase. No reason why.

I am just a regular guy who needed help with a plumbing issue. The employee was great - he understood exactly what I needed and helped me pick the products out. Job done!

Yamir in the lumber department was Fantastic! He made accurate cuts and was very friendly.

When I walked in the door I did notice the store was clean! I went to the return desk with my broken tool and showed it to the associate and told him the problem, he saw the problem and the receipt. He then took care of the problem with a smile! When I was looking for the replacement an associate stopped to ask if he could help! Walking to another isle for something else another associate just greeted me with a smile and a greeting! The cashier went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my trip to the Home Depot! As I said before the people at this store made me smile and feel special and I will be back to get all those summer jobs done!!!

This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped in and they meet or exceed my expectations everytime I shop at this location. I come to NJ seasonally and I will not shop anywhere else for home improvement items, unless of course, Home Depot does not carry what I need. This store has the best customer service and the most knowledgeable, friendly staff ever!!!!

Store is clean and neat , and well stocked

Wonderful experience at this Home Depot store. The lines were long at times, but the cashiers were so steady and consistent that the line moved at a very productive rate. All staff made sure that I left with the tools I needed.

At least on this Visit We ran into a Very Helpful Worker! ( MR SOLITO) NOT a walk away or just unFriendly. when asked where to locate A Pressure Washer, He lead me right to the Proper Area. And then went out and found a Flat Cart and loaded it for us. Very Pleasant and Friendly. Answered a Question I asked Quickly and With Knowlage. It was late in the day 5PM and the store looked fairly clean for a Monday

Love shopping here even though I do not live in Cape May. It's well stocked, and clean, and employees are friendly and helpful.

Pathetic excuse for a home store, employees were rude , incompetent and ignorant. My business will be always at Lowe’s from now on. Delivery is a joke too Wish I could give this pathetic excuse for a store. Lower rating. MINUS 100 would work
