Terrible, the store is consistently under stocked, poorly trained and rude staff. Under trained.

Stock never seems to get replenished in a timely manor. I was trying to get the same Ryobi tool for 3 weeks and kept being told it was coming in Friday show up on a Sunday it never arrived. Scheduling of employees has a lot to be desired, never seems to be enough around. On the plus side when the the employees are around they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I DID HAVE AN INITIAL ISSUE WITH GETTING MY APPLIANCES DELIVERED, BUT HOME DEPOT CAME THROUGH LIKE A CHAMP. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THEY HANDLED THINGS AND WILL CERTAINLY BUY MY NEXT APPLIANCES FROM THEM.

Love Home Depot- even if I didn't plan on buying anything- to browse and shop is awesome.
