I have good experience and is always clean.

More space, more tools.

I bought a few things I need for my kitchen closet and I am looking forward to how neat it will look.

I always use the Carolina Store because is near to me and have everything for my construction and building projects.

depending on where you’re coming from… this location is just horrible to get into and to leave ... Literally the worst

It is very Sad and Frustrating to Deal with Associates from LANCO Paint who work in Home Depot Escorial Carolina P.R and are so Rude and DONT CARE TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER GREAT SERVICE IN giving orientation I how to help a person who has DOUBTS ABOUT DIFERENT PRODUCTS,Iam 60 years old a female and just wanted someone in that line of work to help me!!Nevertheless went to Customer Service and a Young Associate by the name of Jarianne which I asked about the attitude and service in the Paint Department,put me out of My Doubts and Made sure I was helped in what I was searching for

This store has excellent customer service

We went to buy a wood panel and some blocks for the patio and in both we needed help from employees. In both we had inmediate help very kind.

I am very concerned because I have to go to MonteHiedra to receive the good service I expected. In my opinion the service at Los Colobos is the worse one

I go to the store and in every corner you have an employee saying " good morning, afternoon , evening" and thats so good, inclusive when you go out to home in the last door the employe sa it again

Is Uber gone to many Home Depot Stores, but this one surpasses them all over n friendliness and helpful in all aspects. A store clerk, Erika, among others has been very resourceful and helpful. Excellent

I always buy at Home Depot Carolina Store (Plaza Escorial). Service is Outstanding. I strongly recommend you go there and what I mean

I needed to replace the burners of my kitchen stove and went to the appliance section and was glad to find the parts I needed. But not only that, the Home Depot employee had me double check the parts I bought and notice I made a mistake. She personally went to the stand to change it and bring it to me. Now I'm saving hundreds of dollars by not having to replace my kitchen stove.

I like the organization of the store and staff able to help. Next time I will take a photo this time I didn’t.

The cashier didn’t want to apply my coupons correctly, she lack empathy with customers.

I had a terrible experience with a women in the contratist pro area where she was with an attitude and denied to help. If it wasn’t for a customer service cashier named Ada that helped me out and treated me amazingly I would’ve left the store.

A great feature of this store is its covered and secured pick up area. Also there is designated parking for contractors. Personnel is mostly friendly and available for assistance on most alleys. However, some construction materials (such as 4" cement blocks) are not always available, so always need to check online or call before hand.
