I asked for help to get carpet. The guy came to help asked me if I had a cart. I told him I had a cart that had my laminate flooring on it and he said well you need a table cart. I asked him what a table cart was and where I would find one. He replied with" umm probably upfront somewhere". He has a very rude tone and no customer service at all. The cashier that checked us out was very nice but we waited about 20 min at the checkout because he was waiting for a managers approval. The manager just kept telling him that it was approved but it never cleared the approval on his register so we just gave up on the military discount.

I think more than 4 Veterans parking places would be great

The young man on the floor was very helpful in assisting me with needed items. He was very friendly and courteous. Also, the two young women in the paint department mixed five gallons of paint to the exact color from a sample I brought in, from another paint store!! I was very pleased with the results.

Shout out to Chris with tye dye name on Apron knowledgeable on gardening and super friendly. As well as Stacy for trying to help locate item I was looking for. Thank you!

I needed to order to sets of gates to have installed once my block walls are finished and Lucy, at the Pro Desk, made my order and pick up date so easy. She even helped me find a special hinge for the gates so my two Great Danes would not be able to escape once it is all finished.

The Cedar City Home Depot has the best Customer Service I have ever experienced! Thank you!

The corporate policy for the new discount requirements for military/veterans is the problem. Millennial corporate management with bad business sense requiring military/veterans to appease the corporation rather than the corporation taking care of customers through personal interaction.

I purchased a Ryobi Jet Fan Blower for my leaves. I am very satisfied with this machine. It had the power I need for the fall jobs around the yard. Efficient and easy to handle. Not only that but the help I received was amazing! Great employees!

Tamala at customer service went above and beyond for me and helped fix an order that was messed up and she helped me with a smile even though I was upset and frustrated she never stopped until she found a solution!!!

I've been shopping here since we moved to Cedar three years ago and have never had a bad experience--except during the COVID-19 insanity, but shopping anywhere then was a nightmare. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are good. The store is clean and tidy and the plants are usually well cared for. I'm here about 3 times a week and it's a great store.

Clean store and stocked sufficient. A few employees looked depressed but main employee of departments knew their jobs and were highly customer service orientated.

All the associates are willing to help, sometimes you have to wait because they are helping another customer, but I've never met one that wouldn't go out of their way to find what I need. The store was clean, associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Completely satisfied! Thanks!

Yeah, it is a Big Box store...but the employees at THIS store (Cedar City) are AMAZING! I have a very particular fondness for the Ordered-On-Line staff; each and every one of the Help-You-Out-To-Your-Car employees and the cashiers... I dunno, is it Utah or Cedar City? Everyone here is so kind, patient and knowledgeable ....I guess it filters down from the store manager who works just as hard as his staff. Maybe it is the HR Dept to really hires the best people to serve us. Whatever the cause for making this my favorite HD location, I hope they remain successful.

The ladies up at the service desk where amazing and very helpful. No lines, and they pointed me in the right direction. Over all fantastic experience!

Aaron in plumbing, was super helpful in locating the 3 items and making sure that they were the correct items for my plumbing issue. Saved me 45 minutes and frustration.

Tom in electrical, was great in helping me sort through the items I needed for my outside lighting and receptacle project. He was an angel in helping me make sure I had the correct items and all the items that I needed before I left the department. I knew he was busy when I ask but turned his attention to me. My hero of the day award goes to Tom.

Robin is the cashier usually on register #1. She reminds me to put in my pro number. Before you changed your rewards program, I didn't see the need to put the number in. Now that it has changed, I'm glad Robin reminds me because I keep getting rewarded. Plus she is so nice and pleasant.

I was in a bind staining some cabinets and used the wrong pre stain conditioner on half the cabinets. Ashley was great about listening and then offering great solutions to my issue. I'm glad the store trains the associates so they can give great advice. She nailed it, BAM !!!

Zack did a great job trying to help locate the items that were shown to be in-stock. Needed everything they were showing in stock which was 16 specific sized bins. Of course they aren't in-stock, isn't that just how it is? Frustrating to be shown one location online, store employees are shown another area. 20mins later and we come up with nothing and Zack steps in and gave me a fair credit for the hassle when I bought other items I could make work. ***I didn't request the credit but Zack didn't miss a beat and offered, that's the kind of service that'll get long-term loyalty from me. Thank you Zack***

OVER ALL ITS LIKE OTHER HARDWARE STORES, THEY TRY HARD TO SATISTFY CUSTOMERS THE BEST THEY CAN. DUE TO COVID SOME THINGS WERE HARDER TO GET THAN OTHERS.
