Rude answers from staff. Shortchanged at checkout. Lots of other nearby locations to choose from and definitely worth the 3 - 5 mile drive. I know I will not return to this location despite it being the closest one to my home.

The most catchy thing at this store is staff. Very Friendly and Attentive. Never had an issue with product availability. This Home Depot became one of my favorite store to shop.

Cashier did not say a single word. No hello, no did you find everything ok, nothing. It was the weirdest check-out experience. Please coach up Navin to have a personality and at least some customer service.

I am so impressed with the customer service in the store. All the associates were friendly and helpful. I also ordered products online and picked them up at the store and the transaction was flawless.

Great store! First visit to this location and I will always come back. I bought blinds for my entire new home plus a new counter depth refrigerator. No matter what dept. I went too, everyone was so happy and friendly. And, they made every effort to make sure I was being helped and that all my questions were answered. This store is super clean and organized, it also had a very large amount of merchandise on the floor for view. I highly recommend the Home Depot Cedar Park store. Five Stars!

Cedar Park Home Depot gave me a good shopping experience. I was looking for three different items on this trip. I asked three different employees one each about each item. The experienced employee was able to quickly point me in the right direction. The new/younger employee had to consult his device. Not a negative just pointing out a difference. The new/young employee walked us to the item on the shelf whereas the other two employees gave verbal direction which got us to the general location, but then took some looking. One of the three employees suggested a more reasonably priced item which was helpful because it was a smaller quantity and we only needed a small amount.

Over all the store is clean and well stocked with products; employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint, as with most every store, is large boxes of product placed in the center of the main isles and small box of product on the other isle. It is difficult to push carts through isles, carts with lumber or large items through these areas. These are often areas of regress in case of emergencies which, are congestion with large non-movable items.

The workers there were so awesome and willing to help me find the things I was looking for. It was a great experience, I know that sounds cliche, but it was really great. In and out in no time.

These guys have turned "in store pickup" into a swear word. Their "Customer Service" reps are not interested in EITHER the customer NOR providing service. BOTH times I've tried to use "in store pickup" it was an absolute clown-car circus. The second time I finally gave up and left without my order. It would have been faster to just walk the aisles and pick the stuff myself.

Terrible service. Called to see if they had an item in stock. They claimed they did. Asked them to physically check and they said it was in stock. Upon arriving found out the item wasn't in stock. This has happened multiple times ONLY at this location. Save your time and money shop else where. This one store is a total joke. Wasting my time, my employees time, and ultimately our families time. Very unprofesional get it together.

The cashier in the lawn and garden center was not helpful.
