Misrepresentation on wood flooring project

I shopped here this morning for a specific building product. I was assisted by Holly, who came from behind the counter to help me. She knew the product and right where it could be found on the row. We went right to it and it was exactly what I needed. She was GREAT. Thank you Holly!!

The employees at this store are customer service oriented and take the time to listen and provide great service in your time of need...

Most people are helpful but was lucky to have someone who went the extra mile to help me find what I needed.

We are very happy with the Home Depot store in Centennial, Las Vegas. Received excellent advice from Mr. Jason Nicholson Manager to purchase a dishwasher with a solid reputation and warranty. As per Mr. Nicholson's suggestion opened a Home Depot credit card to save some extra money. Very happy with the assistance received it.

Again HIS NAME IS JOHN AND HE IS THE MANAGER, and I HOPE THIS INFORMATION IS SEMT TO CORPORATE, THIS MAN F-ING GOOD AT DEALING WITH CUSTOMER ISSUES!!! He NEEDS HIS RECOGNITION. I’m going to email corporate personally to make CERTAIN he gets the recognition. At the end of the day, when my problem was expressed to him, to say he handled it professionally would be a pure understatement. Home Depot would lose a NIG PORTION of customer service if y’all were to let him go!!!!

Please check with Asst store manager a nice short mid age women that had to complete the transaction as Cashier Darian was very rude and seem to be put put out having to leave his station and have to go to the return station to help a customer, he was no help wish it was any one else but him.. lack of customer serice with smile just a sour person

Brad helped me out in paint with another gentlemen and everyone was awesome!! Thanks to the lady in the aisle that told me to take the survey too!!

Be warned. This store may not honor online prices. It doesn’t train employees well. Returning items or getting pricing adjustments is met with combative employees.

I rarely need assistance but when I do the people who work there are a nice, friendly group ready to help you out.

If you’re shopping at the centennial hills Home Depot and come across an employee with an apron that says, “WES,” you may as well turn around and find anyone else to help you. Blatantly rude, has no problem mocking customers and demeaning them. Unacceptable!! He claimed to be the manager, eventually we found out this was not true, the manger, Aaron, was nice and tried to make the situation right, but still an overall appalling experience. not what I normally experience at Home Depot. :(

I am writing this letter to let you know how much my wife and I appreciate the excellent work of one of your employees, Tina Beavers (Appliance Specialist)). We were recently in your W. Tropical Store in Las Vegas to purchase a GE double Wall oven. Unfortunately they were on backorder with no arrival dative. Tina sent us a text and advised us that they now had a shipment date we could place an order. Now how many Home Depot employees would go out of their way to contact a customer or even remember what they wanted? Tina did. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with people, and in the short time we have gotten to know her, she is the best representative of Home Depot that we have ever worked with…and we spend a lot of time in the store. I’m sure we are not the only regular Home Depot customers that specifically call in/walk in and ask for Tina by name. She has an uncanny ability to read customers and know what types of additional products to offer to them….without coming across as a “used car salesperson trying to get the extra commission”. Even though she is by far Home Depot’s top representative, she is humble, knowledgeable, gracious and most of all, very funny. (She has earned numerous badges for her abilities) I have never seen her in a bad mood and she really seems to genuinely enjoy her job and co -workers. Tina has set the bar very high. Actually, you should have her create a “HOW TO CUSTOMER SERVICE manual that is required reading by your entire staff. I’m sure they can learn a lot from her. I just wanted to make you aware of Tina’s spectacular job performance. She is the reason we will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Rented a wet saw for one day. Took back clean and before it was even due back. I got no refund whatsoever of the $25 deposit! So it was very expensive for the rental due to the cost of rental PLUS deposit.

I did my research on garage door openers prior to arriving to the store. This was my first experience of purchasing a door opener. I spoke with 3 different door installers and read online reviews from the installing experts. The HomeDpot employee was able to answer all the same questions and responses were the same as the online reviews and installing experts. I was talking with an expert!

Store was clean and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
