Clean, helpful, courteous. A lot of items in stock with quality product choices.

This store is a poor example of your identity. Customer service and check out staffs seems to be the only working associates you have. The arrogance of the others is staggering...no assistance offered...blocking aisles with instant meetings..no protective (mask) gear worn and not allowing 6 feet space for customers to get by...generally awful. I have shopped other Home Depots, where the customer came first. Not so in this store. I would recommend a store cleansing, starting with the Store manager. Will only shop for Ryobi tools.

The team members in this store are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services available at this location. The store is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend the Cheyenne location and continue to shop their for all my home improvement needs.

I purchased the exact air compressor I wanted (saw it at HD on line). An associate searched & retrieved it as the display model had been sold. They took it to check out and put it through rapidly. They loaded the 120# compressor perfectly on my pickup. The associates were highly professional in all aspects of the purchase. I had been to three other stores selling compressors but none measured up to having what they said the had on line and the other store employees were less attentive to my need. I've purchased many items in the Cheyenne store and this was just another routine no glitch purchase and load day. Home Depot Cheyenne makes it easy to do business with them; product, price, purchase and load out all without a problem.

I generally enjoy my shopping experiences at the Cheyenne, Wyoming Home Depot.

Always find enough friendly knowledgeable assistance

Was not following the guidelines for safety of their employees or customers during this pandemic of covid-19 Employees weren't wearing masks, didn't see social distancing of employees or customers. No hand sanitizer wipes for baskets. Went to self checkout and clerk came right up to me and took over checkout with no social distancing wearing no mask. Had to ask for directions to an item, employee just answered without social distancing and mask.

The store was clean and I felt cared for and safe during this uncertain time. An associate directed me to exit through separate doors when I was finished. I was offered assistance multiple times and greeted with smiles and cheer. I was able to find all the seeds and fertilizer I was looking for as well as an adorable fiddle-leaf fig that was displayed beautifully and in great condition. Overall, a great and friendly experience!

There are some truly exceptional people at this store, especially in the Pro area.

Although this store is small and the inventory somewhat limited the outstanding customer service keeps my own customers coming back. They treat older women and gay people and people with special needs well in this store and that is a large chunk of my customer base. Treat my customers well, keep my business. Treat them badly (as a competitor sadly does) and lose it. The personnel in this store has a real profit-driven attitude toward customers: They realize that their profit depends on my purchases. They don't try to blindly upsell me (as a professional I usually know exactly what I need). They LISTEN to me and my customers. This drives profits and repeat business.

I really enjoy finding product very easily. Also I find a lot of discounted items that I can purchase. Also your tool section is very informative an is accessable along with the automotive section .

All the employees were smiling and helpful.

When you want to look pretty go to other stores, but when it comes to buying head to home depot. They give you the most bang for your buck.

Friendly helpful employees

The employees all are very helpful and have no problem helping you find the things you need. Totally appreciate the fact that you never have to go far to find someone who can take you to the items on your list.

I do recommend this store , but it seems like you have a lot of people standing around managers maybe and nobody helping customers! I shop Home Depot everyday and a customer always ask me for help because there is no one attentive to help them find things . Sum it up more Managers than staff

Our experience at Home Depot was enhanced because of Tim in the appliance department. He made the whole task of buying three appliances very enjoyable. He was informative and very friendly. We will be back. The store was clean and well maintained.

If you need no help from customer service personnel, and you can maneuver self checkout without help and without being intimidated by a non-helpful "overseer" and you are willing to fetch products from high shelves on your own, and if you are willing to take a chance on the reliability of product quantities in the store specified on their web page, then venture in. Speaking to the last comment, I was shopping for a wet-dry vac. The web page told me they had three in stock on aisle 23 or thereabouts. When I got to the store an hour later, the allocated space for my choice of wet-dry vacs was empty and not a customer service rep in sight. There were other issues with this and a subsequent visit that results in this rating.
