I like to shop at garden department nice plants costumer service is great specially Rosa good worker .....

Employees at the customer service section are extremely rude, unhelpful, and lazy. While myself and 4+ customers were waiting to be attended, all they were doing was laughing, walking around, and chatting amongst each other.

Store well organized and clean, including the restroom. Found product looking for, though display shelf inventory was low, may do to bulky item, and/or high demand for it. Everyone willing to help and friendly; including department, rental and floor management personnel.

LaShaun was great in helping us at the Cicero store . They re very professional at this store.

Griselda at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees where very friendly, but they had NO idea where stuff was located. I was looking for 3 items, and I was told to look in the wrong place multiple times. 2 of the items I never found even with an associate trying to help me locate them. I will be avoiding this Home Depot in the future.

Been to it a couple times. The customer service desk has still failed to meet my needs at times. Some of the employees are not freindly and dont even ask if we need help. It was a lot of back and forth on my last visit (09/26/18) for a single item which took about 40 mins I would say. But overall its a decent place to find what you need, and im sure they'll have ( hopefully ).

Customer service is real good specialy at garden I will be buying all I need here.

The store was clean neat and I was able to get what I needed and get out the store very fast.

There is not anything wrong with your products, just need more staff on floor to assistant. We all are not contractors and know exactly what we are doing. We just trying to do the best we can, and need a little help to get us on our way. The staff is very friendly once you can find them.

The bilingual women at the return counter are Rock Stars!!!! These women...are great listeners...extreme patience....explaining returns...etc..... they deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded !!!!

Very helpfull associates at tool rental tabatha and linda always know their stuff these young ladies are very helpfull and always giving their all, also great customer service.i wouldnt go anywhere else for my rental needs.

Home Depot Cicero is a Awesome store to shop the Hardware employee Al is very knowledgeable and helpful and the Cashier Linda is friendly and helpful the employees do a great job!!

One stop shopping for home improvements supplys

This is my favorite store especially because of the associates. A number of them have been around for quite a while (years) and are very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They have helped me with so many DIY projects. Their information was reliable and they were pleasant to work with.
