I recently purchased a new Samsung top loader with smart technology washer, so far so good, there were a hiccup or 2, but the straightened everything out.

In big box stores, it's often difficult to find someone to ask 'where do I find'. What a time suck. Not at this store... so many employees consistently asked if they could help me find things, and Dora the cashier was friendly and fast. Great store, will only shop here from now on!

While selecting the type of paint I needed for a specific project, I received very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable guidance. I was very pleased with the product I purchased, and it was perfect for my project

Please get a new credit card reader at the register I cashed out at. The chip reader does not work. And it’s been months. So you have to put it in the chip reader 3 times, gets denied every time, and then finally it lets you swipe so I can pay and get out of there. All the cashiers know about this. Please replace it so I don’t waste so much of my time. This has been going on for months!

I am pretty much centered on 3 Home Depot locations. I find better service inside and outside the store here than the other 2 locations. They just seem to go the extra steps to make sure you are happy in your experiences there. Always asking if you need help and being informative on your choices.

The store was well stocked and the employees were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. This store affirms my belief that Home Depot values the customer, service and making resources plentiful and available above all else. Thank you.

I’ve been in a lot of home improvement stores my favorite is the Home Depot bar far. The clarence Home Depot in particular is the best. Customer service is over the top, even during these times when stock is difficult to attain they are very apologetic if the item is not readily available even if it’s not their fault. The Clarence Home Depot is my home improvement store of choice.

Great staff. Will take their time with you even if very busy. They do not make excuses. They do not schedule appointments only to cancel and reschedule. If you have the choice between NFB and Transit, drive out to the Transit store! Great staff

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Employee Eric Taylor asked me what project I was working on and then came up with an ingenious solution. Wonderful service and very friendly. Cashier Laura was extremely friendly and efficient. I remember the young woman from a previous visit when she suggested that an employee could assist me with loading heavy items into my car. She called a young man to help me. She was thoughtful and helpful.

My review centers around a stellar employee. Her name is Christina and she works Customer Service. I had a problem and she handled it so professionally that I told her that one day she will be the General Manager. She made me fell like I was more than just an occasional customer. She made me fell like I was special, that my concern was not only important to me but also important to her. She showed tact, diplomacy and someone that truly cared. Kudos to her. My experience was uplifting.
