I like Home Depot!!! This is my Favorite Home Depot but I've been in it more than any other as it helped me build my shop!

Very good store; staff for the most part are pretty well informed. I would suggest that they may need to establish or encourage some adherence to a "dress code" and "personal appearance" standards.

The assistance I received at the Colle Place Home Depot was outstanding especially the cashier named Sherri .Another directed me to the item I was searching for which I easily found and felt was reasonably priced .Store was clean , well lit and orderly .Plenty of assistance when needed .

I'm neither a tradesman nor a contractor. My business involves selling products online on formats like eBay, Amazon, and Etsy. I've discovered that the boxes and strapping tape sold at The Home Depot are of excellent and durable quality. So I'm periodically dropping in at the #4375 Home Depot located in College Place, WA. The employees, to the man or woman, are always friendly, personable, courteous, and extremely helpful. Seeing the amount of traffic in the parking lot underscores the popularity and appeal of this Home Depot. As a citizen of College Place and the Walla Walla Valley, I'm honored to be a patron of The Home Depot.

Don't buy a Samsung Front load washer,Samsung customer service is the worst and Home Depot's is not much better! Had to buy a second before the original, that only had 6 loads run thru it could be returned.Still waiting over a week for the new one to be delivered!

PETS ARE MOTE THAN WELCOME AND I FIND EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED FOR ANY PROJECT YOU HAVE IN MIND. ALSO A GREAT PLACE TO RUN INTO YOUR FREINDS AND TAKE THE TIME TO VISIT WHILE ENJOYING THE STORE ATOMSPHERE.

I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Every one was so willing to help me, as I just walking in the isle,with that (?) on my face. Everyone seemed like they like being at their job. But Gary Hofer took it to the top level. I was looking for the simplest timer for my 87 yr old dad, to plug in his FIR light bulb into, and Home Depot didn't have one, but Gary went and picked all the right things, and made it for me right in the store. I walked out with what I needed, You sure have picked the best employees to have a great store.

Excellent service. Store employee gave 110% to help me find what I needed. Ample supply of the item and good prices. I wish more stores were like this in respect to product availability and professionalism of employees.

I'm moving into my first home soon and am needing to replace the carpet in the house. While trying to choose new flooring, I was helped and guided along to one that had the look I wanted but also would be practical and withstand whatever I threw its way.

Great store with great products. If you have what you need in mind it's easy to find and shop, but if you need assistance it can be hard to find someone with the knowledge to help you. The check out line has a tendency to be long if you have large items that cannot go through self checkout.

Me husband and I came to the store about 30 minutes before closing to get some paint and supplies. We put our order in for the gallon of paint, and then went to get the rest of the supplies we needed. The guy at the paint counter came and found us to give us the gallon that he had mixed for us. Wow, that is service. We then went over to check on some cement peers to put under the shed we had purchased at Home Depot, and asked a sales associate some questions about the best way to build the flooring. He was just coming to work the overnight shift, but was very kind and helpful to give us the information that we needed. He even told us the names of a few other sales people that would also help us figure out what we would need to finish our project. I wish I had remembered his name. Thanks, for your help.

I like that the store is always clean, the isles are big the lighting is good as well. When you ask an associate where something is they actually know where it is or find someone who knows where it is.

GREAT EMPLOYEES . Very helpfull. Very nice store. Got everything I needed and all the help I needed.

I receive top notch service no matter what time I am there...I also am always given education, as mostly they know how to help me with my questions! The variety of workers there always amazes me. The flower and plant department is large...and I appreciate it as I also sell plants.

Especially pleased with the assistance from Gary Elliott, in the nursery department. He is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We have had terribly hot weather lately, and I am impressed what a good job the staff are doing in keeping things watered properly. Normally there are a lot of plants in the boneyard after a heat spell -- but that is not the case in this store. Way to go!! I can't ever remember being treated badly in this store -- or any Home Depot store, for that matter. It is a privilege to have Home Depot in our community! So accessible; great hours; clean facility; friendly and efficient staff, and inventory is generally current, with shelves generally well sorted and well organized. I like the greeters at the door. Providing employment for our senior citizens is a good community service.

The store was clean and stocked well, employees were helpful and friendly, and time spent in waiting was very minimal.

I visited the store on a holiday - 4th of July. I did expect the store to be busy - and it was - and employees to be busy as well - which they were. The good thing - the lines were short and employee help was available. I was happy to see this planning for holiday business worked out well. Wait times in line were short and assistance was available if needed.

I had really Bad store experience with Pro-Deck and after that with costumer service desk. Had to wait for a long time to resolve simple thing and month later I'm still waiting on them.
