Cashier Brandy to busy flirting with staff and Head Cashier Norma so unprofessional This Home Depot needs better fliendlier staff horrible customer service in their part .

Irene at the customer service desk today (October 31th around 1:00pm) was very helpful and courteous, she made returning a broken item extremely easy and pleasant, she is a credit and asset to your store. I must also say that another associate on Sunday October 30th in the afternoon ( Mirela Sepulveda) was a great help in assisting us in selecting the right tile for our project. She also assisted us in choosing carpet for our home last year. This store is very fortunate to have someone like her working for your organization.

Definitely recommend this Home Depot store, best one around!

it's a competent hardware store. Most things you will need are in stock, prices competitive. Mostly well organized, sections aren't spread out, electrical sometimes seems disorderly compared to the one I'm used to. I'm an electrician so I notice it more then the rest of the store.

I've been shopping at the Commerce location for years. The store has made gradual improvements over the years. Glad to see that they have implemented changes to improve the overall shopping experience.

I was very satgisfied with the servive I received. The associates seemed well versed and very knowledgeable aout the products I was interested in. Things on the shelves were neatly arranged, and pathways were safe to walk.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area as it is always well stocked, clean and has nice power tool displays. Customer Service desk has good and quick service. I have picked up several online orders there and have had good experiences.

I thought having the Home Depot Mobile App would enhence my shopping experience, to help search for items & prices in the store. Instead, what I've gotten is incorrect information on the app. I ended up wasting more time trying to find the Aisle that doesn't exist. To be fair, the Home Depot Mobil App is easy to use, searches are simple, and overall a good App to have. However, having a good App is useless if the information within it is inaccurate. Again this has nothing to do with the App, but it has more to do with the people managing the store. If you discontinue a product, in this case, the entire Aisle, I would assume somebody needs to update the database to refect the most recent information. I'm very displease how each employee handled my request. I showed them the information on the App. They even suggested that I've made a mistake. Well, fair enough, so I showed it to them what exact the App reported. Store#, SKU#, Qty. in stock, location (Aisle and bay). Please educate your staffs about the information technology. More importantly, train your staffs to serve customers. Most of them will eventually have some interactions with a customer. It's all about customer service that bring people in your store. Finally update your database in real-time. Thanks.

In all the projects that I have worked on in my new home, I've always received such a great shopping experience within this store. The people are knowledgeable and provide helpful tips for what I'm working on. This store is great!!!! From cutting blinds, finding paint, and services like shutters I needed..you can't go wrong. BTW the only reason I gave for stars is because I know I haven't tried all their services, but based on the ones I have and the people I have encountered...it would definitely be a 5 star.

Great service associate was very helful he assisted me with a cart he helped me bring down product from the shelves and loaded to my cart and then helped me to my car very satisfied definitely will continue to go to this home depot

I have been a regular customer at Home Depot for a long time. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot from time to time. Also, I'm a commercial account holder. At any rate, I don't expect to be treated any differently than any other customers. However, one thing I do expect is for Home Depot to respect my time. I'm shopping for my Company and I cannot afford to waste time. Perhaps, it's more evident at the Commerce store, where customer service (associate availability) is substandard. When I needed assistance in the aisle, there wasn't a soul to be found. I had to flag an associate in the next aisle and he got on the PA and called for help "customer needs assistance at aisle 16" and again no associates show up. I waited and waited. Finally I had to walk to the front desk to get help. Please have your associate patrol/frequent the aisle more often, so you can engage with the customer. Thank you.

Employees are not very helpful nor knowledgeable. Store does not honor website prices. Employees will find a way to not honor website prices. Walked out of the store very frustrated.
