I receive an excellent help/service from store's customer service department associate, and his name was Jon. He was fast, very polite and detail oriented! Thank you Jon. Store was clean, bright and warm! Thank you all & Merry Christmas!!

Every time I go in, I need help finding or reaching something. No one ever gives me a hard time about giving me help, even if it isn't their department.

We love this store because of it's employees. We've lived in the area for many years and love having a store with lots of locals who are so friendly and helpful. I shop there so often, my family refers to it as my home away from home. The store is always clean and well organized. Thanks for asking!

Our cashier Denise helped us find savings on our purchase without us even asking. She was on-the-ball and showed she really cared. At returns, there was a problem with the computer and Jon was determined to figure it out. He did and he did it quickly. And, after seeing my VA ID Jon ended by thanking me for my military service. Finally, Scott in plumbing helped us prepare for our home project superbly AND he did so while appropriately taking care of other responsibilities around him. He multi-tasked and still communicated with us flawlessly. I have shopped at this Home Depot many times and have always been satisfied. But today was a new high for this store. What a great team. Bravo!

Very happy with purchase of hardwood flooring. Offered assistance right away. Had hard time trying to find information on special order item but employee was very helpful and we finally were able to place order. Only complaint I have is that order was placed on 11/29/16 and was supposed to arrived on approximately 12/13/16 and now not coming until mid January. This will set back installation for quite some time. Store was clean, cashier was friendly and will go back again!

If you ever need to replace a kitchen appliance and Rex is working you will not regret go to this location. Rex went beyond the call of duty when I went to purchase a new appliance. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained this that I would not have even thought to ask. He save d me from a lot of inconvenience. Next time I need a new appliance I wont even hesitate to go to Home Depot.

The store was neat and clean, and the signage was excellent in helping to find products. Often, when I visit the store, a friendly employee will ask if I need any help. When working on a project, I have sometimes asked employees on the best way to accomplish something, and often they are able to lead me a just the right product at a reasonable price.

This store has gone downhill pretty quickly in a pretty short period of time. Not sure if it's due to a change in leadership or a change in employees or maybe a combination of both. If you don't have to use this particular store, I'd say pass on it until they get things fixed up here.

I've only had an one issuelse at the Concord home depot... making it to the bathroom on time, the Concord stores employees are always helpful and friendly as I am the often. I notice when I see employees slacking,as such in the Hooksett and Manchester stores I have asked can you help me? And replied with sorry not my problem,or can't help ya buddy . Not what I want to hear at an establishment that I spend thousands of dollar's in. Concord home Depot is surpassing g expectations on the daily

Juan Wells has to be the absolute best employee I have ever encountered at Home Depot. I have shopped at Home Depot for close to 10 years now, and because of my military service the locations have varied, but this particular experience took the cake. Today I went in to purchase roughly $1,100 of material to build a bedroom in my basement. I walked in with absolutely no idea of where to start or who to talk to. I found Juan near the "pro" section and he informed me that they do not staff that area on Sundays so I would need to head to the customer service counter of I was looking to place an order for delivery. I instantly gave him a look of disappointment which he must have picked up on because right then he dropped whatever he had been doing and asked "OK, well let me see your list and let's figure out what you need." This man went with me isle by isle as my personal shopper custom building my order and went so far as to ensure he would be the one picking the order when the time came. I am a combat vet with PTSD and expected this to be a very stressful experience, but Juan made it feel like second nature. There are not many employees left these days that care about people and their job like Mr. Wells. Thank you sir, and thank you Home Depot.

The Concord N.H. Home Depot is the best Home Depot in N.H. Customer Service is 5 Star! I never leave this store disappointed. I drive the extra mileage because it's SERVICE and AVAILABILITY surpasses the other branches in the Lakes Region!

Great employees......Greeter was wonderful and she knew where things were and the service desk man, Jon, very helpful.

Looking for a doormat for our front door. Very helpful employee wasn't sure, but thought they were with doors. wrong, and the door isle was blocked with pallets of stuff, so we had to go all the way around to find that this was not where the mats were. Some are with the rugs and tile, some are elsewhere in the store. You get to search because they are different styles and sizes, and prices in different locations. It's OK, because even though this has taken a long time, now you get to go through a self check register, because that's all that's open. But, oh no, the bar codes on several of the items are poorly printed or torn and won't scan. The nice lady who used to work the register is trying to help 4 people all with scanning/ checkout problems and is trying to keep up, but there is no way to. Get regular folks back working on registers! They can solve problems and have a friendly exchange with the same customers who come in twice a week. The only reason I'm going back to this store is to drop off Lowe's employment applications to the former check-out workers.

Jon M. at the customer service desk was helpful, friendly, and professional. He went to bat for us with getting our home depot card financing in order. He is the reason I will be going back to this location.

The inventory in this store is never lacking. the shelves are always stocked well and associates are always eager to help. I also appreciate the fact that a lot of the employees appear to be retired contractors etc... They are always knowledgeable about the products Home Depot carries and their application.

Let's get a rental department in Concord like the one in Hooksett!

The store employees went out of their way to make it easy for us to purchase the display model of an appliance. They re-wrapped it, printed out the owners manual and found some missing bits for it..

Taking out a garbage disposal and replacing sink pipes. Very stressful when you don't know what you need for drain pipes. I left the store happy and pretty sure I have all the plumbing parts I needed.

I've bought so many things over the years from Home Depot in Concord, NH; everything from windows to rugs, refrigerators, etc and always have a good experience and more often an excellent one. We just went there after visiting Lowe's for flooring and Home Depot was much better as far as product displays, assistance and free samples. The sales people are always knowledgeable and friendly too.

I needed one quart of glossy black paint for a bookcase to be put next to a black piano. The paint staffer went to a far shelf of the department and returned with a can of paint, mechanically shook it up and gave it to me. It was just what I needed and had not found when I did a search of the HD website. The checkout staffer helped me use the two gift cards (one partially used) I had to pay for the items (paint plus a hex key set). I would not have been able to do it by myself.

I like being able to go online and check if my local store has what I need and it's location before I go to the store.

Great company, great store, great employees!! The go to place whenever I need something for home.

I always find the employees extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way possible.

This is just a great store to shop in. Always have a positive experience. Staff exceptional.
