CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER AGENTS ARE RUDE, CHECK OUT AGENTS ARE NOT PLEASANT. DEFINITELY NEED CUSTOMER SKILLS TRAINING

I ALWAYS SHOP AT HOME DEPOT THEY ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING I'M LOOKING FOR ARE HELPFUL QUICK AND FRIENDLY . I ALWAYS SEE YOUR ASSOCIATES HELPING CUTOMERS AND I HABVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPED .THANK YOU FOR SUCH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD EMPLOYEES .

As I was checking out, MS. Linda stopped me to make sure that I had the right parts. Ms. Linda and Jason went and got the parts that I needed. I am so grateful because what I had picked up was wrong. The customer service was exceptional!!!!

I was very pleased that there were associates around to help which made my shopping experience a lot better. Sierra was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store.

This Home Depot store is one of the neatest that I've visited lately. A well organized store; I was able to find everything I was needing. I will encourage anyone looking for an enjoyable shopping experience to visit this store.

My cashier was friendly, Shiya asking if I found everything I was looking for, the young man paints need a bit more training. Not that he was rude in any way, he needed to consult with his team leader for assistance on “porc-a-fix. I give kudos to Jarelly for her acknowledgment as she walked parallel while I was trying to locate Fluidmaster toilet replacements. She saw that I wasn’t finding my intended purchase and offered assistance. Her ingenuity she is customer service at it’s excellent! So maybe a bit more training for the newbees! And acknowledge associates like Jarelly, an associate that can see a customer doubt of where to find what they initially came in your store to purchase. And she did it while was weara mask!

The return was slow and the workers at checkout was more concerned about her call she was on,on her bluetooth than helping with a wrong price

The cashier Cathy was extremely rude. She accused and humiliated a customer about not scanning an item when in fact it was the first item scanned. The customer told her she scanned it and Cathy came over grabbed the bag took the item out threw it on a piece of plywood the customer had laying across the cart and said loudly you did not scan this! The customer showed her the first item on the screen and Cathy’s response was “Oh, Well, the good has to suffer for the bad! No loud apology like she was when she loudly accused the customer wrongly.

Thank you for providing supper service! You also help me to find items without any hesitations! Love to spend my money and time there.

Poor customer service

Todd and Alice know how to keep customers coming back to shop Home Depot. I left very happy and pleased with the product I purchased.

I have int the past had the worst experiences at this particular Home Depot. Could NEVER get anyone who cared to help, with multiple employees walking around the store. Several times I had employees tell me it was not their department, or they didn't know ???, I have also had problems with the call in customer service department. It has gotten better lately, but for a time I just drove further and went to to get Home improvements stores with better customer service.

Good store. Marybelle the MOD went above and beyond for me when I needed them to. Thanks y'all.

This is an excellent location. We have been readily helped even during late or busy times. Ms. Carol in appliances is very professional and courteous. There were a few others who were excellent as well. We didn't get their names but we still appreciated their kind assistance.

Too much freight in isles, I my day, it would have been put away. The isles are narrow enough with merchandise. I have to now use a handycap cart, usually the batterys are dead. The Covington, GA store has a better record of maintaining the electric carts. The training associate is right out on the floor all the time, doing a great job at the Covington Store, not the Conyers store.

Very clean, employees are very helpful! Love their selection of flowers and plants

My family purchased a Christmas tree yesterday and had a great customer service experience with DeaShawn! He was helpful, kind, attentive, and really took the time to make sure the tree was tied securely to our car when we left. Hire more people like him!

Ms. VM Jacob's was an awesome help to me. I purchased subway tile and more for a bathroom project at my home. She was knowledgeable based on the square footage of the space. She was pleasant to work with. Thank you so much.

Rosie (who works in appliances) did an amazing job. I really appreciated her customer services. I had a great experience.

The only reason I'm leaving a review, is due to having a horrible experience. The employees are not that focused on helping you unless you are in their specific section. They will brush you off and tell you that they will page someone, just to have you standing there waiting for 30 mins! I was fortunate enough to finally be assisted by an employee named Mike A., he was very professional and apologized for the time I had to wait. I am only giving this store a 4 star rating because of him. I also noticed he was the go to guy for a lot of help from other employees. He needs to be promoted or at least recognized for his hard work and dedication!!

The store was clean; however item needed was hard to find. I had to get employee assistance. I gave her 3x5 card with item number. She said item number did not match format they use. Website stated 6 items in stock on isle 48. Employee finally pulled large box from top most shelf. Item in large box bubble pack number exactly matched number on 3x5 card I had given her. I told her if customer or store employee can't find item, they would have 6 in stock for a long time. I have no idea whether she hung them on display hooks or returned the box to top shelf. This seek and search took 30 minutes.

Excellent customer service skills by associates in the appliance department.

The store is nice and clean and the shelves are pretty much always stocked, but the employees however are not the nicest. I have been told after spending 100's of dollars i was stealing as well as additude from many employees and waiting over 30 mins for an employee to come and exchange a propane tank. When you ask for help they look at each other and said no they didn't call and had to call again. Not too sure if they hate there job or what but this is bad customer service. I am a GM for a restaurant and I dont ever treat my customers as rudly as they have in this store.
