I purchased Deck paint which was Nothing but the smooth shopping from start to finish. Raj who is a paint department customer service when beyond my expectations to expectations to help me choose the right paint for the existing deck i am working on

My husband accidentally bought the wrong paint color for our nursery. Terry Buckets went above and beyond to help him correct the error and was extremely kind and compassionate. We will definitely be using this Home Depot for all of our future project needs and be turning to Terry for specific paint help!

I shop at this store more than once a week. I am there so often, some of the employees know me by name! I know where everything is and service is quick and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the stock in some areas are very low-I also understand that is not in their control.

This is my favorite home improvement store ! Friendly, helpful, sales associates. If I have trouble finding what I need, there is always someone who will go out of their way to help.

I am easily intimidated in home improvement stores, not always knowing exactly what I'm looking for or knowing how to explain it. This store, with the customer service booths set up right near the entrance and the most helpful associates, allow me to tackle my questions upon arrival and get over the intimidation. I usually leave with exactly what I need and if I don't, they make the return process very easy.

The associates at this store are friendly and very helpful. They did not run away and hide when I went to pick up my 400LB shed. 2 associates helped me load the 4 boxes into my van and my wait when i arrived was shorter than I expected. Great job!

Usually don't have much of a problem here as long as I know what I'm looking for. Employees aren't very helpful, and can be condescending. Just bought a shop vac. Opened it at home to find it was used and didn't work. Make sure you look out for any packaging defects to be sure your new item isn't actually a used item.
