clean store with friendly associates.

Great store awesome employees highly recommend

I waited what seemed to be forever at the only full service checkout. Two people in front of me and two behind me. There must have been a problem as the line did not move for more than ten minutes. I normally go to the self checkout but I had nine bags of lawn product to scan and didn't want to move the bags again. I finally abandoned "full serve" and went to "self serve". Also too much touching of the kiosk was required during the pandemic.

Carol in garden is a special kind of person she took the time to get me what I needed. There is a difference in customer service and exceptional customer service and carol is the ladder.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. I do go to this particular Home Depot a lot since it is right by my home. Compared to others I’ve been to I like this one a great deal. Things are easy to find and the people there are great, very friendly and helpful

The employees here go above and beyond and are super friendly. Howie made sure we were set up with the right associates to fulfill our needs. He made sure we left with what we needed. He introduced us to Christina and Carmine who helped us and went above and beyond!!! They were so amazing and we left so happy! Thank you thank you!

Scott from Tool rental is a wonderful worker that goes beyond the extra mile to help.You need more people like him he was awesome from the moment I spoke with him till I left the store. The kitchen dept has been renovated. The salespeople in kitchen appliances are knowledgeable and helpful. They are ready, willing and able to make kitchens happen!

I was able to maneuver the store to find my product without getting lost. All the signs where helpful and accurate. Store was clean and in order. The employee that I encountered was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns I had about the product. It was easy to feel comfortable that I was making the right choice for my product through the expertise of the employees confident, expert knowledge. Had a great experience.

The staff is wonderful helpful and friendly I have to add that I am part Of the management team for the company I work for the team at the Coram store on Sunday’s is A outstanding one Cashier LINDA blew me away Big smile makes it all And the fact that she asked me if I was helped by the staff She really does what you need for wonderful customer experience
