We purchased a LG washing machine after a great product review from Andy Smith. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are Very happy with out purchase.

They were very accommodating to my needs and helped me pick out the right freezer for me.

We purchase a RYOBI 20" 40 VOLT LAWN MOWER- PUSH. It works great and is so easy to push and is so light weight. We have been very pleased with all of our RYOBI tools. They have all replacement part available if need also.

I like this store, I know where everything is. Employees are friendly and helpful and usually very knowledgeable.

Home Depot was able to offer home delivery of a new refrigerator within four days and haul away of our old non-working refrigerator

Been going to this store since I was a little kid with my dad now I find myself going here almost every weekend to find supplies for my own house I just bought, this place is great for finding everything you want with tons of products to choose from!!!!

Prices r all different from rack to rack or shelf to shelf don't have all brand named tool and accessories that u guys have in tool ur advertisement don't match ur prices in store

We purchased some kitchen cabinets and wall tile for our Airbnb home in Dundee NY. Great and excellent service. Ask for Vee to help you. We have shopped at other stores in Rochester NY for many years. None compared to the Corning store. We will definitely shop only the Corning store from now on.

It is very difficult to get someone to help you at this store. Its either not their department or they'll find someone to help and then no one ever comes

Store rep took time to locate, identify the best freezer to meet our needs, the importance of looking over the appliance when delivered and options if we are not satisfied, and delivery options. Service was great - patient, informative, and friendly.

Bought washer/dryer set. Washer does not work properly. I have videos of the vibrating, shaking, loud machine. I went back to the store to get this problem fixed. They gladly gave me the 800 number to deal with the problem. I've a case number (yahoo), and I will wait for their email or call back. That's the only way to get my money back. So, I won't buy any more appliances from Home Depot. I did find a local store that still has one stop shopping ( no 800 number, and no 3rd party for delivery).

Wanted to purchase a dish washer. Was greeted by a lady named Erica. She was extremly informative patient and kind. I left the store feeling very satisfied with knowledge and purchase of the dishwasher. Store is also very clean.

On a recent visit looking for a nee refrigerator I not only bought it, I also found cleaning supplies I needed and Halloween decorations!

We have made several special orders for big items from this store over the years without any issues. The staff has always been very helpful and competent.

had a pick up time to get my appliance and was told 4 times it was gonna be bright out, 40 min later it was finally removed from top shelf and brought to vehicle, worth one employee to load it! My advice call 2 hrs priort top pick up and bring help! Manager offered nothing for our 40 min wait and continuity lies, " be right out", " its getting pulled now" , " they had to move stuff " " only have certain people licensed to operate fork lift" not my problem VERY, VERY UNHAPPY!

Bought a dehumidifier and needed some additional help at register. Tracy H went out of her way. Great employee to have.

Several of the employees at this store are very active in the surrounding areas.Some teach ,some coach,some take care of their neighbors.There is a great team.

This is my local store just a few blocks from my house so I am always in there getting something for the house or yard. When my elderly mother got a new washer/dryer combo there staff was there to install it for her and to make sure it was done correctly. I know that the person had to drive back to the store to get the right vent hose for her. She offered to tip them and they refused because they were doing their job.
