Awesome salesperson
I went in to buy washer for my daughter . No pressure from sales person only there to assist and answer questions. If you need an appliance ask for Monica. She is awesome

                      They need improvement
                      It was difficult finding some to help me. Everyone seemed to be on their way to someplace else. I asked for explanation of the different mulches and three employees did not know what to say. I asked about what are the best fall flowers and received no advice. They blocked the area where I was going to look for replacement fencing. Pallets were blocking the aisle and some were not properly placed in their area. I have arthritis and couldn't open the plastic bags. The supervisor in the are begrudely help with one bag. I needed more than one. She ordered the younger employee to help me. I was humiliated.

                        Today your store employee Cassandra went above and beyond to help us. She restored hope in helping to make an event be great and just was amazing! The employees at this location are the best of the best. We will never forget today, and our purchases may not be the biggest by far but for the kids sharing in the festivities- they will be huge. Thank you Home Depot, memories will be made because of you all❤️

                          Poor communication
                          Before I purchase a washer today at this location I asked a floor sales person if I was to purchase this product can I pick it up later on today because I wasn’t in my truck, it would be no longer than one hour as I wanted to take advantage of these deal on this hot point washer. He said no problem I would have it ready for you. I go on to purchase my washer and I asked the sales cashier Ashley where do I pull in to pick up my washer when I get back she had no idea so she proceeded to ask on who I would presume is the store manager or the manager in charge at that time. She made my transaction so difficult all she could do is refund my washer and charge me at another station. She said no I could not leave I would have to return it I told her I’m not paying for this washer twice, she said it’s just a refund but anybody who has purchased with a card before knows any refund takes 4-7 business days to be back in the bank. I would be purchasing it twice, I had to leave my pregnant girlfriend by herself as I rushed home to pick up my other vehicle. In no way shape or form did she try to help zero customer service. I could of gone somewhere else to purchase but I always had a great experience at this location. I hope this issue is resolved that is no way to treat a customer

                                  Other than a few cashiers, the floor people act like they don’t want to be their or walk the other way when they see you coming to ask a question or will flat out tell you, this is not my area. Ask someone else

                                    Google Nest Thermostat Return
                                    I purchased a Google Nest Thermostat with a 5yr warranty. I had no need for it so I was able to return it & credit my HD. But they were not able to credit the warranty I paid for on the Google Nest. Why is that??

                                      Bart was great to work with. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He was dedicated to providing the best customer service possible, and in the end, we ended up placing our entire kitchen cabinet order with Home Depot. Great customer service!

                                          Rude manager
                                          Manager, Navidia, had to be paged 3 times before she’d come and unlock the gate that we were all waiting at. We had 3 full carts of gardening plants we shopped from the outside area and were ready to checkout, but the gardening doors to the cashier area were closed and locked and she’s the only one with a key. she needs to understand without customers buying items, she’d have no job.

                                                We waited at the register about 7 minutes while the checker was on the phone and smacking her gum

                                                  Went to the garden center to get plants. Couldn’t find anyone to help or ask questions too. Then in the check out line that had 6 or 7 people in each line. The two check out people were talking about someone getting a break and they couldn’t care less about the customer in front of them or the ones listening to the conversation they were having. Not a pleasant experience and very unprofessional people.

                                                            I went today 2/1/22 at 12:30pm to purchase some lawn equipment and had a hard time getting service. Very disappointing... Mgr who finally helped was unfriendly. After A VERY long wait over 40 min we finally were able to check out. I was not in the best humor approaching the check out after the sub par service from the manager. The cashier Celeste however was very pleasant and friendly. She was very patient and even suggested I sign up for the home Depot credit card to save $100 on this purchase. There was a long line and it took a while to sign up but in the end I was approved and did in fact save $100. Thanks to Celeste I left very pleased. She did a great job and I would be proud to have her as one of my employees at my business. She also mentioned the survey which I did as well.
