Ray at customer service desk is worst ever

Great customer service!

I was very pleased with the one on one help I received at this store. The worker helped me with my project, showed me where supplies were, and was very friendly. Did I mention the prices were lower than their competitor.

Noreen was a delight during my Home Depot visit today. She assisted me on siding that was critical to my remodel. She ensured it was in stock when I called and had the siding pulled to save me time at the store.

If you are looking for appliances for your home, stop by the Culebra Home Depot and ask for Cody. You will find what you want, you will thoroughly understand the purchase, delivery and installation process. Cody is professional and cares about what you want and need in your home appliances.

I appreciate the willingness of the employees to offer assistance. I don’t always know what I’m looking for and often refer to tools as “the thingy that...”. My question have always been answered and/or have been pointed in the right direction.

The night we went to the store on Culebra and 410 the store was hot which made for an uncomfortable shopping experience. We made a small purchase and left. Other then that the store is fine. The only reason I avoid shopping at Home Depot is because your CEO supports charter schools which are not good for public education.

If you have a big order, go see Noreen at the Pro desk. She provides outstanding customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about how Home Depot's policies and systems work.

people seem ok .procedures are the problem. with the delivery of high cost items such as riding mowers

maybe the store can do their restocking during closed hours so there won't be so much merchandise in the isles during business hours.

This is my store. I am always treated like I am important and store personnel pay attention to my needs. I recently bought a barbecue grill there and need help from customer service. Lucky for me, I got Alexandra Ingram to help me. If you ever shop at this store, ask for her.

Train employees to a level that key employees working do not have to complete their training for the employee while the store is at its height of customer serice and sales. Draw from the knowledge of key store employees who have the first hand knowledge of problems and listen to them to fix those problems.

This store had friendly employees. They took they’re time to explain paints and helped put my colors together to create my bedroom.
