I purchased paint and other materials. I asked the associate to shake the paint and was given attitude about shaking paint that wasn't tinted. When I got back to the job site, I discovered that white paint had been tinted pink. When I tried to return it, same day, and explained there had been a mistake they denied responsibility and refused to refund my money because paint was tinted.

I’ve had great experiences so day shopping at the Daytona Beach store

Employees are not trained properly. No idea how to find the price on an item without a barcode.

Joan and Justin were very helpful processing my order, they had to contact several other stores in different cities to retrieve information lost from the computer system. I wouldn't have been able to process my order without their time, dedication and professionalism. Thank you, keep up the good work!

I suffer from social anxiety so going in a store is trying to say the least. When I got to the counter the customer service manager Kimberly helped me. She was very friendly and professional. I will come back with employee's like her on your team.

Thanks to Tammy in the paint department for taking care of all my painting needs the other day. The special color she mixed matched perfect. Your professionalism, knowledge, and pleasant personality makes you a great asset to this company.

This is the second time in 2 weeks I go to this home Depot and they do not have any registers open to check you out. They want you to use self-checkout only. I do not use self-checkout I am not a cashier I do not know how to work a cash register and I don't want to learn how to. If you do something wrong and something doesn't get scan properly you will be promptly arrested and charge with shoplifting. You will then have a record for the rest of your life. Not worth taking a chance.

Besides Ken, all workers in the Garden Center were extremely lazy and unhelpful.

I visited the Daytona Beach, FL Home Depot store on November 15, 2023 due to an issue with delivery for an on-line order. I received fantastic customer service from Joan (cashier) and Store Manager Therese Watson-Murray. Both went out of their way to rectify the situation and made sure we left as happy customers. Their professionalism and leadership were noteworthy, and I'll keep going back to that store for sure.

I frequently visiv this Home Depot location, and it appears that the individual responsible for maintaining the parking lot may not be performing their duties diligently. I have noticed a lack of promptness in responding to customer needs, particularly in the lumber area. It would be beneficial for the staff to be more efficient in retrieving items from higher shelves. These observations suggest a need for improved customer service and operational efficiency at this location. I do want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the cashiers, who have always been extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be even more satisfying if the overall staff performance matched their level of courtesy.

Couldn't find a simple drain trap in plumbing. Asked for help to find where it was hidden after wasting time walking up and down the aisles. Asked for assistance, waited around for 5 minutes. Finally walked out.

The employees at the front desk were very helpful. The young man Jonathan was not able to answer my question, but he asked his boss, Joan and she was able to not only answer my question about the item I wanted. but actually took her time to notice my Vietnam Veteran hat and asked if I had signed up for the Service members discount. After completing the process, she took my order gave me the discount and reminded me that the ink on the receipt might fade so i should get the email receipt.

We recently purchased the last Husky Tool box of it's type it was locked and the key coyld not be located even though Brady from the Hardware dept tried several keys of other tool boxes in hopes one would work. The manager Toni Marie was very helpful in offering my husband a discount since he really wanted it and he was going to replace the lock on it. Toni Marie even got loading help since my husband couldn't load it on his own. The entire team we encountered at this Home Depot were very helpful from the cashier Wendy at the Customer Service desk who first called for assistance for us from Hardware to the entire crew. We recently moved to Ormond Beach and even though this store is 20 miles away we will definately be regulars.

Warren went above and beyond today to help myself and wife today when we came into your store, he went to the nth degree to help us and make sure we got what we needed at a GREAT price. What a great employee! I have only visited this store once before as we live in Palm Coast but what a great experience! Much thanks to Warren for helping us today.

The employees were very helpful every time I shopped there and checkout was quick too. Highly recommend this store. So far it is my favorite Home Depot store to shop at.

We have had to use the store in Daytona Beach for the last four years because it is the closest Home Depot. There have been some very good individuals working the floor, but Local management has not corrected the terrible customer service on the phone system. This is the first time I’ve completed one of these kind of reviews but yesterday I spent almost an hour and a half on three different calls, trying to simply get connected to a department. Yesterday I spent almost $500. We are very discouraged with this location, and we have commented repeatedly to no avail to people at the customer service desk. They obviously have no ability or interest in sharing or management doesn’t care. We have probably spent several thousand dollars at this location for local renovations In the last 24 months. While the Lowe’s store is 8 miles further away, I should probably go there

Richard in the garden section is phenomenal!!

I had not been to this store in a long time. However today I was blown away by the customer care provided by the staff in each area of the store I visited. I want to thank Sam over in the lumber section. He was very helpful and took the time to help me pick out the right wood to fit my needs. I also want to say a big thank you to cashier Victoria and Jeanette and Brittany outside in the garden section she was very helpful in getting all my items checked out in a timely fashion and she was very polite. Give them a special thank you for me.

I was trying to pick up an order at the kiosk and was confused. Did not have to flag anyone. I was assisted immediately.

Cashier was very helpful. Vladimir went through great extents to make sure I had what I needed and made sure everything I needed for my project was the right fit. Couldn’t ask for any nicer people.

I came in with a particular prroblem with a a washer I bought there. The customer service gal, Joanne was able to take me directly to the section in the store where the part was at and saved me alot of time.

ZERO cashiers. I don't work at Home Depot, I don't do self check-out.

I came in with a difficult and frustrating problem concerning my order. I spoke with Joann and she listened to my problem. Then repeated her understanding of my problem back to me. Then offered a couple of options that were available to me. I was about to close my account but her excellent cusomer service renewed my faith in the store.
