So glad I went to home depot to purchase my appliances. Sales person was incredibly helpful. Prices were great and my purchase was in stock and delivered in less than a week. Very satisfied!

We were a little unsure of which products would best serve our project. We asked Rob the cashier and he immediately sent over an associate, Dee, who was so super helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions, getting the products, and even loading them into our truck! We are wowed! Thank you Rob and Dee, and Home Depot.

I love coming to Daytona's Home Depot - all the associates are friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to help their customers as soon as they enter the building.

Brian P ….. changed the way I look at a hardware store. This young man saw me having a difficult time with a return. Brian was on his way home off for the day. Stopped and took care of my situation without a doubt…. I was Wowed by this … his superior customer service was over and beyond my expectations. This is a very dedicated employee. I kind almost always find what I need at Home Depot. I always said that I can pack and lunch and spend the day in the store! It is fun to find so many ideas and then go home and fix things up. My favorite paint products, tools and so much more.

I just wish the organization would end the veteran discount cap. Remove the application method for discount validation (older veterans can’t do this).

With the challenges we are all facing because of Hurricanes Ian & Nicole, being able to work with knowledgeable, kind and efficient sales people, and completing this transaction with quick delivery & exceptional delivery men meant everything! This Home Depot will be my first stop shop for all my household needs!

I needed 280 planks or hardie board and Daytona was the closest store that had the quantity I needed. I was helped by Jeanne and she made the process great! I would definitely recommend her to work with.

I went to purchase a powerwasher. Of course they are locked up, so I went up front to customer service. The younger guy working asked what I needed but never called for anyone. The older man never asked what I needed then the older lady asked me what I needed and I took her that I have been waiting 30 mins and I just needed someone to unlock the powerwasher so I could get one. I went back to powerwashers and waited another 10 mins. I went back up front and that is when Jan asked if he could help me with anything. He went with me so I could show him the powerwasher, he brought up front and rang up my order and took it outside for me and loaded in my car. He was very nice and apologetic. You need more people like him! Please note the store wasn't busy!

I have been putting the Husky 5-shelf storage unit in silver in my garage. LOVE these strong, sturdy units. I have five in silver. But I wanted one more to complete my garage. But silver color is discontinued--only red and black now. But Ernest in Customer Service at Daytona store went on a physical hunt for the last one their inventory listed, which, understandably, is sometimes no 100% accurate. This was on the basis of my calling him since I live in Palm Coast. He earnestly hunted and called me back! Told me he found it! I drove down immediately and got it. Now my garage shelves match and are complete! Ernest even offered to help me get it into my vehicle in drizzling rain. I am elderly and in poor health. Over the moon delighted with Ernest and Home Depot for hiring him!

Great shopping at the The Home Depot in Daytona Beach FL, they have great employees; especially a cashier at the scan and go by the name of Vickie.

Bought shelving and bricks to be used for outside storage. My legs do not work like they should (nerve damage) so I use the "scooter". This was the most courteous group of employees I have ever encountered, even the loader, who anticipated my needing help while I was in the checkout line, and waited for me to be ready!

Was looking for a very small screw for my camera/doorbell. Ask an employee where to go to look for it. I was provided the isle to go to and who to ask for. Couldn't find the person to ask but found another gentleman wearing home depot uniform who said one of them just left ant the other one was not there. He said can i help you? I told him what i needed and he had the knowledge necessary even though that was not his area.

This is a great Home Depot. I have never been in this store when somebody doesn’t say hello and ask if I need any help. This kind of customer service is hard to find in 2022!

As a general rule I do not like shopping in a big box store. It is rare to find someone to help you and if you do find someone they don't really have any in-depth knowledge. I had a pleasant surprise when I went to Home Depot this month to buy a new Air Conditioner/heater. Not only did I find someone to help me but they knew what they were talking about and went out of their way to help me. I even had someone to help me get the AC into the car. I hope this is a trend that continues. In my book customer service is paramount. Home Depot got it right this time.

Went in for a water heater. Had what I wanted in stock. In and out in 15 minutes.

This store needs to quit hiring very young boys. In particular one that is usually at the register where the lumber is kept. He is an immature rude and arrogant kid.

Yvonne was absolutely amazing. I wasn't prepared at all and she was understanding and helpful. She didn't try to rush me or give attitude when I had to run back to my car or when I asked silly questions.

This Home Depot is well stocked, has friendly and helpful employees.

We are new to the area and so happy to have driven a little further past Lowe’s to this Home Depot. The employees have been extremely helpful and friendly. And the cashier’s get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend
