On multiple occasions the associates have been very and helpful.

It is by far my favorite Home Depot Store, the staff there is knowledgeable and efficient, the Store manger is absolutely unbelievable, so humble and hardworking. Even if you live a far from Dover, this store makes the trip so worthy.

Priced right and very good quality

I went to this location today because it was by my job. It was not overcrowded or noisy. I met John who gladly assisted me with waterline parts. He was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Anthony (Tony) was at my checkout lane. He assisted me in my order and was able to save me $75! He was patient and kind and respected my time. They were both great at their jobs and provided exemplary service. This was one of my best experiences at any Home Depot.

Since the gardening season has started they helped me a great deal in finding me exactly the tools I needed and that’s my conversation about the gardens which was nice for a change instead of being handed something and they go on their way they were

Bambi Daisy and Alexis were all terrific. They were very in tune to taking care of me as a customer

The guys in plumbing sure do have a lot to say, to each other. Glad to know they have a great working relationship. It took me awhile to find the 1/4 HP pump for my laundry sump. I guess I could have ask for help, but they were having such a great time chatting I didn't want to interrupt them.

We bought a storm door this past weekend. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Advised how I can get the veterans’ discount for future purchases.

I recently needed to replace my microwave. Wandered into the appliance section and felt a little lost. Needed a bisque colored microwave and didn't see any, however found Liz S. and she was pleasant and efficient at helping me out. Funny too!

Being an older female not always positive re: what I need or want - the Dover employees have been very helpful and pleasant

The item I needed was way up high on a shelf and numerous employees were ready, willing and able to help. Those who did were very kind and friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

Store manager Caitlin, has this store very well organized and running efficient. She has great number of great employees working there. When I ask for something, this store gets it done efficiently. Thank you to this Home Depot this is like my family.

I bought my outdoor furniture so beautiful and my grill as well.

The store is very clean and organized. The person that helped my was very nice and knowledgeable, helped me a lot.

I had been looking for an old fashion wall style toothbrush holder the bathroom sink vanity is too small to keep those cup toothbrush holders on I know because it continued to be knocks over! The wall version was simple enough for me to install myself in 5 minutes drill 2 holes use 2 anchors screw in the screws that hold the bracket up and the slip the holder over the bracket on final turn of a blind screw under the unit%! I can’t tell you how happy I was!

Employees at this Home Depot are so very professional. Any time I have visited, they are customer service...All The Way! Nearly 100% of the time I find exactly what I am looking for. Exactly!! Keep up the GREAT work!

The staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. They even have bilingual staff which is a good. They always have the items I want in stock. It’s in a great location. The store is clean and the aisles were clear. I love that they also have a rental center. Keep up the great work!

Went to exchange a propane tank. Left my empty outside and went into CS to pay. Thought it would be a breeze considering only 1 customer ahead of me and 9 employees with orange aprons standing around. (Yes I counted 9 plus 2 more standing outside the cs area). Total wait time was 14 minutes until 1 of the 9 decided the line was building and he better open his register. What am I missing? What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?

From the employees to the managers and rental Dept. They all work in harmony together, mot against each other. This Home Depot 0925 is a great team to work with.

I came into this store looking to make DIY chairs for a kindergarten classroom. I was absolutely sure that I was not going to be able to get what I needed. There were 3 employees in lumber, and all of them helped me figure out what I needed. Then one of the young men named Chris McCort cut the lumber and made sure it fit in the base I brought in! It was amazing! I know what you're thinking..... but you're wrong. I do not look like a model, that isn't why they helped. I am a middle aged, chunky woman and they helped me because they are awesome employees! BTW...my chairs came out great and I couldn't be happier!

Price increases, out of stock products and rude cashiers still remain. After settling for what we could find because the item we needed was out of stock we came upon a cashier who was rushed , impatient and rude. He appeared to become angry because we wanted our small items bagged instead of carrying them out of the store in our hands. Customer service at this store needs drastic improvement. It seems as though Home Depot just doesn't care anymore. At least at this store most floor employees don't run away, hide and try to ignore customers. This Home Depot has sufficient numbers of personnel, but some of them behave as though they hate being there.. In general, Home Depot needs an overhaul from management on down and to stop taking customers for granted. We are loking forward to a new competitor to try. In the meantime, anothler unpleasant experience at Home Depot as usual. The only reason to recommend this store is because the Newton store is even worse and the Hanover store is no better. It not worth it to drive further to have a similar or worse experience at another store. We will not recommend this store today ecause of how we were treated by the cashier,

Had a really good experience with purchasing appliances at this location. Would recommend appliance specialist Elizabeth Smail to anyone coming into the store who is looking to purchase appliances and would like to work with someone nice and knowledgeable.

All the employees in the store is why this store is the number one Home Depot’s. This store is like a home to me.

This store is well organized and the aisles are always clean and full with the products.
