The store was clean and all the associates were helpful

The store employees were rude and did nothing but belittle their customers. What should have been a quick and easy trip to the store wound up being an awful experience. In addition, during Covid 19, all patrons are required to wear masks however there were employees that were either not wearing their masks or did not have their mask covering the mouth and nose.

a few years ago we had a major flood in our neighborhood, the whole community was affected, people had major damage. I was surprised that Home depot came into the neighbor hood with a truck handing out water to everyone. The manager was with them. I had a workshop and lost all my tools. The manager offered that when the insurance company access the damage to see him personally and he would work with me on that replacements. He made me a advocate of Home Depot as well as my neighbors. I will be building a new workshop in the fall and will be purchasing the materials from Home Depot.. Also just a idea, I live near the Chesapeake Bay, It is a suggestion maybe Home Depot could open a section for fishing supplies as through out the country, sport fishing is poplar and Home Depot could be a one stop store for home repairs and recreation, Most home owners and contractors fish for pleasure and is a family tradition.

Customer service at this store is amazing! The employees go above and beyond to be of service to help with whatever it is that you need. One employee in particular I would like to mention is Savannah. She went above and beyond to help me and did it with a smile on her face and kind words to assure me that she was happy to do so:)

Worst customer service EVER! My husband and I went to customer service 10-15 minutes before closing to pick up an online order. Cahertera was extremely rude! She had an attitude saying dont we know the store is about to close. She finally asked what the order number was and when I was reading it she said, with a very snarky tone "i cant hear you, give me your phone!". She then said again that the text I received should have said what time they closed, to which I replied that it wasn't even 6 yet.

The Dundalk Home Depot was there when the neighborhood had a flood. They came with a truck and gave the residents bottle water. Also assisted with advise when rebuilding. No other business in area came. It made advocates with the community. Great Job. Also there is a opportunity to increase sales at each store with a simple addition to your product line. I estimate between 500,000 dollars gross profit per store.

Sue from Paint dept came over to the appliance dept to assist me with buying a washer, mine had died that morning in middle of washing, and I needed one to take home immediately. She worked with me, not knowing much about what she was doing but stayed with me and assisted me. She got another mgr, Norm to also assist. Together they got me a washer, which was a clearance maytag display, and took off and additional $30 because the washer had a scuff on it. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, when I had waited about 7 minutes for the person "Steve" who was paged and never showed up. THANK YOU SUE, FROM PAINT AND NORM FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I needed appliances fast! Kiki was very helpful. We found what we needed and got them ordered for delivery quickly. Thanks, Kiki!!

This location is 45 minutes from where I live, but it is the only location I will patronize. Consistent excellence in customer service and friendliness of staff. The cashiers are always willing to help determine if items are in stock and help locate in the store. The cashiers are also always extremely friendly and pleasant when I come in. A cashier named Javon has often helped me order items and or locate them in store. She is personable and makes each experience in the store special.

One thing that I noted that when they called for an associate, it a long time to get one.

I have bought things there 27 years and was very satisfy.

I don't shop often but this store is close to my home so it is my first choice. In the spring I bought lots of plants and the employees were so nice. Then I had to return a microwave I ordered online and ordered a different one at the store. Steve in appliances made it painless and I also appreciate the military discount when at the store.

Regular visit to this store over the past 12 years have been excellent until last week's visit. The cashier insisted that the propane exchange kiosk was working even though I informed her that it was "unavailable for use" She would not make eye contact and reluctantly called an employee to help with the exchange.

All employees were extremely nice and helpful, they took you to the product, they didn't just point an say over there as other Home depots do. Was extremely pleased with how I was treated in this store.

What I most like if you can't find what you looking for any one will have assist you,and if they don't know they will get some one who is very knowledgeable, bathroom clean, return policy is honored with out a hassle which that's a good thing.

If I could I would give zero stars. Horrible customer service
