This is a very neat and clean store. The associate are very helpful. The price is always right at HOME DEPOT. I can always find the items I need to do my home project.

If your worried about covid19 please dont visit this store. They only have self checkouts open and nobody is cleaning anything. No one sanitized the carts. No one sanitized any of the touch screen registers or scanners that everyone is touching. And they still let people in the store with out a mask even tho they do have a sign that states you must wear a mask according to governors rules. Do yourself a favor and wear a mask and gloves to use anything in this store.

This store was the only store near me that had a product I was searching for and the customer service was outstanding when it came to locating the product and making sure it would be there for me after my drive to get it. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

The store was very clean, and was asked if I needed help several times. I worked with Richard and Diane, so very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I shopped at Home Depot, everyone was friendly and curtious. Keith helped me and he was very knowledgeable of all the products I was looking for. He took me right to what I needed and explained how they worked. He was a very polite man.

Over the past few years I have enjoyed dealing with the employees at #3639. Joe Bauman in Appliances gives outstanding service and is always positive and helpful.

We were helped by a man named Joe Bauman. He was willing to help, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked to help us get what we wanted.

I would NEVER purchase an appliance from this store if it requires delivery and installation. The entire process (other than initial purchase from Joe) was a complete and unprofessional mess. The store provided a delivery date and on three separate occasions failed -- without any communication -- to deliver on said date. When the dishwasher finally arrived, the installer was unqualified to install a hard wired dishwasher and could not do it. When I sought to return the product, I was again given several dates for pickup -- none of which were honored UNTIL I emailed the store manager, TV news media, and corporate vice presidents. Stay away from appliance services at this Home Depot. The experience was so poor I will NEVER set foot in a Home Depot again.

Mesiah (Cashier) took her phone & pulled it up & was able to tell me what isle the pressure washers were on all with a smile & no hesitation at all & even when this gentlemen walked up a though he had been there before, she still made me feel as through I was important & first all awhile letting him know she would be with him in a second (still being professional in her tone). This is real customer service talent

Bought a light fixture at this location and got it home only to find that it had been returned with no hardware and frayed wires. I can't believe that someone put it back out for sale. That being said, since this was the last one in the store I was forced to go to the Steele Creek location for a replacement. At no time did anyone apologize. Let's just blame it on Covid-19 like everyone else does.

The store was clean the employees very helpful. However the store was very hot each visit.

Employee was eating a sandwich in the entry way to the building. No mask, also talking while eating. DISGUSTING! We kept a shopping and as we walked by the same employee, she now was sharing a cookie with a second employee in the middle of an aisle. Masks down on both to ingest food. No hand washing between stuffing mouths and checking out guests. DISGUSTING!
