Generally a nice well stocked store.

This is my main store for me to shop. Again this is my only shopping store to get my home and outdoor needs.

99% of the time we I shop it's neatly in order and I have never had a problem or issue,

THE HOME DEPOT FEELS ORGANIZED. THE STORE SEEMS BRIGHTER, AND THE AISLE LABELING MAKES IT EASY TO FIND THE THINGS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ALSO THE SELF CHECK OUT LINES HELPS WITH THE CHECKOUT PROCESS

I have been a frequent shopper at this Home Depot for years and have been satisfied with my purchases, on this particular day I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I had to speak to three different Associates.. for help the first associate did not speak English II associate advise it was his first day at work and he didn't know anything about the store ,I believe that everyone should have an opportunity to work my suggestion is the employees need to be trained if they cannot assist a customer that they should make an effort to find someone they can so the customer could have a pleasant visit and would like to return again and not feel discouraged..

The store is bright and clean most of the older associates are helpful and love what they do

Spent over 30 minutes attempting to find a plumbing associate. One associate told me that the ONLY associate for plumbing was out to lunch. While attempting to, unsuccessfully, find items I needed i moved some boxes from another department I was scalded by another associate for having done so as me shopping there was getting in the way of him doing his work. He insisted that him blocking the aisle with palletized freight was not a fire hazard. I will no longer use that store as I feel unsafe going there with my child.

Store was cleand and I got what I needed with excellent service.

I AM 100% SATISFIED WITH THE EAST HIALEAH STORE # 6378 AND I WILL ALWAYS GET MY HOME MATERIALS THERE AS I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST DUE TO THE ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERY TIME I GO AND GET MY NEEDS THERE ARE ALWAYS SUPPLY AVAILABLE. THANKS TO THOSE CONDITIONS AND YES I WILL RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYBODY !!!!!!
