My experience today with customer services desk was awesome. I really want to thank the young man that made sure I got the correct product and I want to thank Dilek for her awesome experience in Pro Customer Service

I had to do some shopping this morning and I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received. I was asked by three different employees if I needed help finding anything and when I went to just sat down what I was holding in my hand at the customer service counter to go check something, a woman named Dilek showed me where the product was and then help sign me up for the Home Depot discount card and having been a manager for 10 years I pay very close attention to customer service in general and I know how important surveys are and I also know that there are some things that are difficult to impossible to teach or train but not only did she help me find what I was looking for, she rang me up, sign me up for your discount system as I said, and was pleasant and personable the entire time. I would return to that location just for that one employee and that's not counting the other two that were proactive and took initiative to see if I needed help so thank you guys very much you made the experience absolutely pleasant. Not just painless, pleasant. I hope everyone there has a wonderful day

Every single employee we encountered greeted us friendly and offered help.

DeAngelo, the clerk who helped us, was friendly, detail-oriented, and very useful. He checked the inventory when we were about to leave the store to see if they had the product in stock. He found it, showed us where it was, and later noticed we had the wrong refill. DeAngelo's attention to detail saved us from returning to the store, which was very important to me. Kudos to him for taking his job seriously. I certainly appreciated his excellent customer service.

Everyone from the manager to the sales associates took endless time to answer my questions and help me select what I needed for my project. Thank you!

Some of the employees are not very helpful and treat their job as a paycheck, not actively caring or getting involved with the customer. I have never had an employee proactively assist me, I always had to approach them first. Some of the employees aren't friendly or approachable. I have ran into some employees that are quite helpful, they are generally folks that appear to be experienced tradesmen.

The whole process of buying and having a product installed through contractors should be professional. At least that's what I thought. The last thing a merchant should want a customer to do is worry. Simply respond to voice messages, and do what your occupation requires.

Steve and Penny were very helpful with my flooring and appliances purchases including complex delivery arrangements to multiple locations. Home Depot Edgewood MD has the nicest and most helpful employees of the many stores I visit.

Plants, wood, appliances, no matter what, the staff here is always attentive and kind. Starting with Deangelo at the customer service desk, this is a great group to work with.

My husband and I prefer shopping at the Edgewood Home Depot store as it is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. It is also easier to get in and out of the parking lot than some of the other Home Depot stores in our area.

Sales person Ama3452 is very helpful sweet and professional she helped me find a suitable microwave for installment in my home . I Left the store very happy with the purchase and help from the employee Ama3452 thank you see you again.

I was interested in a small freezer and found exactly what I wanted. Kudos to Perry in the appliance area for finalizing the sale. I love shopping at Home Depot.

We go to this Home Depot at least twice a week and are never disappointed! They always have what we need (or order it for us) and the staff is super awesome. They actually care and do everything in their power to help you! Most of them even remember us. Mainly because our 7 year old is super talkative and friendly but still! We love this place!

I come to this store exclusively, (Which is out of my way, there is a location much closer to where I live) due to the customer service I receive from Dilek Samli Bolt. Ms. Bolt is extremely knowledgeable and always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this store for all of your needs and if you have the pleasure of being looked after by Ms. Bolt, you’ll understand.

THIS store has the most friendly and professional staff out of any of the Home Depot stores I have visited in the greater Phoenix area. I am a Realtor and always suggest this store, since it is very close to my targeted selling area and my home!
