This store is Great. All of the Staff seems friendly. Gary helped us in the Pluming Dept and he was so nice friendly and very helpful.

Always had a good experience while shopping at the Firestone location. People have been helpful, took time to take you to the location where product was shelved and had a nice a friendly disposition. Been shopping here for over two years and never had a bad experience. Friendly attitude goes a long way in keeping a customer satisfied. Good work Firestone!

This store is convenient, helpful, friendly, and professional. All of the associates have seemed anxious to help me locate unusual products, and are very knowledgeable.

For some reason this store suites me the best. Can't really say why, but there is a "calm" to it. I feel like I can take my time and make important decisions while in this store. The employees also seem at ease. I usually spend a lot of money at Home Depot and if this is the case, I would rather have it calm. Thank you. Scott Shafer

Sometimes I have to do a little extra searching for what I'm looking for, due to things being moved. In general, I know the layout of the store and can find most anything, if the store carries it. Michelle was fantastic as always at check out.

The best Home Depot within 30 miles of my home (there are four). The employees are friendly, helpful and professional.

Glee is a fantastic employee. If it wasn’t for her I would never shop this store again. Kevin is a smart “a” punk and Nancy is just a -itch!!

In general the store is fine with good people. On the other had there are employees who may be new to the store and are learning more about the store and products or others who just can't be bothered. I can understand both situations and would suggest that management take these people and provide them with additional customer service training as your sales are based on keeping customers satisfied and have them return back to the store. It is just my observation as I do come to the store at least once every two week. Thanks and I am sure Home Depot will continue their fine customer service training - don't forget this is continual improvement process and we all need it - customers and sales people together!

It would be nice if they kept some lumber carts in lawn and garden! I was purchasing landscape timbers and had to walk back across the store to lumber to get a cart that could carry them!!

Love this location. Excellent staff out in the garden center. Specific {Maggie} The flowers are so beautiful and she excellent knowledge on all the flowers, plants, trees.

I found what brand and make & model that I was looking for. The garden center lady Maggie was very helpful. I needed assistance and she helped me right away.Maggie had excellent people skills and was very knowledgeable on everything I needed in the garden center. I have had help me in past and she has always given me excellent service.

This was my first visit to the Firestone, CO Home Depot, and I was very pleased with the store and the employees I talked to, and Emily at the customer service/returns desk, helped me check out. I had called earlier and asked to have a miter saw held for me, and Kelly (sp.) had it waiting for me on a cart when I got to the store. Both ladies were friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop at that store again when I'm in the area.

I have found this store to be one of the best kept, friendliest and knowledgeable stores i have done business with. I have lived in Atlanta area, Philadelphia area, Salt Lake City, Lansing, MI, and Houston, TX and spent $10,000s over the past 30 years. This is one of your best current stores. One of the managers, Jen, and her colleague, Barb were very helpful in addressing an issue from a recent on-line order. They earned my respect and my future business and should be recognized for exemplary customer service. As for the issue that has prompted this survey, It consisted of errors and poor customer service by the on-line order group. I have met one of your founders, Ken Langone, who was an investor in one of my companies and note that he completely understands "customer service". Don't lose this in your on-line shopping experience.
