I was in the store for just under 30 minutes. As I walked in, I asked an employee if she could send someone to the wood saw station for 2 cuts. I was at the saw for almost 25 minutes. Nothing. I was passed up by multiple employees and NOT one of them cared . No ownership or pride in their store. On top of it all, there was a extension cord plugged behind the saw table and it was extended down 4 aisles. I’m sure osha would love this. Told the cashier about it on my way out. She didn’t care either.

It's terrible to give me a store credit when I returned unopened merchandise before the expiration date set by return policy and with its original receipt. Then I was denied to return another purchase by using that store credit.

If you're in the store and need assistance, look for Amanda. She is personable, extremely knowledgeable, will not pass you off to someone else and is fast on her feet. We don't generally take the time to write and submit reviews, but our experience with her in the store today warranted one.

The drinks and snacks are always stocked up.

Arrived one hour before closing. Found screen door I needed myself without any assistance. It was high up so I needed someone to get it down. I walked ten aisles and found nobody. Went to front to see employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. Asked for help so they called someone. They told me to wait by the screen doors. Eventually someone comes to me to tell me that the manger said there is nobody to help me come back tomorrow. Terrible management and lazy employees. Only one nice employee I had to find myself that really helped me out from plumbing department.

Customer service has changed at Home Depot and this should be made known. There may be some bad apples but there is a good bunch of extremely helpful employees at this store and very willing to help customers find what they need. Associates are friendly and even try to help as many people as they can all at once. Answered quick questions instead of leaving customers stranded before walking with other customers to show where to find items. I see this as a key difference between past shopping experiences at the Home Depot.

The workers in this store is very nice and friendly. It is very easy to find someone to help you either to find stuff or carry heavy thing to your car.

Avoid Melissa at Returns! Truly a horrendous person to work with who wasted my time by having me carry a pressure washer from returns on one end of the store to the tool rental section on the other end - all without taking a look at the product which was unopened and unused (as confirmed by the associate at tool rentals and the person who eventually processed my return). Also aggressively asked if I had a receipt, when I bought the item, and why I was returning it while I was standing in line. One might consider asking these questions after I step up to the counter instead of shouting from afar!

CSR Ms. Leeah went above & beyond for reaching the brightest star. I am truly honored that I received a 100% positive customized service, getting all the outdoor motion sensor sconce & motion sensor fog lights, educating me on the promotional credit card & its reward all at the same time. What I received was more than the military discount I was seeking. She was dignified & patiently assisting several clients, managed to take care of the incident on the ladder with a customer at its height, helped her manager delivering the company from liabilities while still focused on my needs. Truly an amazing staff to give her very best on the busiest day of the week. Thank you for the superb effort!

Cashier named Marianne was very friendly, fast and very helpful. Store was somewhat organized.

Was helped by cashier Meliza today. Absolute worst experience. This is the first time in my life I have seen a person actively want to create a scene. She stared at me for 5 seconds, 2 times, and act like I was talking none sense. Then she called the manager as we remained calm the entire time. The manager came and told Meliza he does not know what's the problem here, everything is all correct. Yet, she still believes it was our fault, gave us very hard time. This person has no customer service and should not be a part of Home Depot.

The man at the paint section was grouchy because he was already on his way but still helped us. Anne and Michael at self checkout were very helpful made sure we were satisfied and taken care of.

Head and shoulders above the neighboring Home Depots with superior products, customer service, and cleanliness. Employees like America, Frances are the foundation of this great store. Thank you!!

What a breath of fresh air shopping at this store. I found so many people actually looking to help me, I'm coming to this store more often.

I purchased the Samsung refrigerator on 5/28/2020 and manager said we will load the fridge.Well,long time I didn’t get any help Mary had gone for lunch even if I said I will look for person and come back in 15 min.i went in the front, they said sorry,we are short. She came after 45 min and sat in the exit now she is finding some person to replace her 20 min passed.Now she started looking for loaders, no loader until that time my person sitting and waiting then Olivia came got the fridge out now we couldn’t lift in the truck.I had to give him money $60.00, he waited 3 hours.Next day the person didn’t come,I spend almost 4 hours looking for people since all the Home Depot truck were out. Finally at 4.00 pm I saw some people and again all loaders were for lunch.One Africans American lady was sitting in the entrance and she said,” Oh, You kept on moving around the parking lot until that time they are gone for lunch in rude voice.Bad Experience Home Depot doesn’t respect what they have promised.since the fridge was for clearance they didn’t offer delivery. I had to give more money the second day because I told them that they will be loading, they took $100.00 from me, and because they had to pick up it got damaged 2 places. The lady was not at all interested calling for the help.I do not think Home Depot do not respect what they have promised.

The Home Depot stores are very handy and have a lot of materials and are you some people of the time love the girls at the pro desk in Brentwood nice girls very helpful

After my purchase was rung up, the Cashier "Ibed" said Instead of a nice " thank you please come again", Ibed rudely told me, "Go, get going" ! She said the same thing to the guy in front of me. There's no excuse for such rudeness. I question the judgement of any store that hires such a rude cashier.
