super good visit. Had what i needed and staff was really nice.

At a recent visit to purchase some appliances we stopped in Home Depot and had a very enjoyable experience, purchasing two appliances. We were greeted by an employee that was very informative and helpful. It was a very good shopping experience.

Store is always clean and organized and it's easy to find someone to help when you need them.

very similar to the other home depot stores.... but it was to roped off at the front.... felt like you didn't want me to shop there .... I know the whole covid thing.... but let us in....

I consistently receive great customer service at this location. I find the associates to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The pro desk and appliance associates are very knowledgeable and have helped me in my business so much. This is the only store I go to. Sometimes well out of my way to go here but worth it.

NIce, helpful employees throughout the store. Unfortunately, the stock on hand does not match what the Home Depot website shows. This is frustrating and has resulted in a few wasted trips.

Best store to address your shades and vertical blinds. Fully stocked and great associates in the shade department

The Cashier cashed me out wrong. Said that I had to go and wait in the customer service line to get it corrected. I did and the problem was fixed. I was was walking out I realized that they charged me for 6 bags of lime instead of 2. REALLY! Cause you thought you say 6. I had to wait in the line again to get this corrected. Good Luck!

I don’t go to Home Depot that often but when I do I can usually help myself to what I need. Recently I had to make a large purchase (washer/dryer) and had a great experience with David W. in appliances. He made my shopping experience (and spending a lot of money) very pleasant. He answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the best deal. Thank you Dave W!

In the Glastonbury store you are not just a number you are important to them the pro desk especially Luke and John are excellent Also the assistant managers Mudaseer, Shelley are great People

This Home Depot has recently implemented hand held scanners in the self checkout. In this age of Covid and virus transmission, I find this to be completely irresponsible.

Fast and efficient service within the appliance department. We were almost dreading buying appliances in person because we didn’t have time to be there for awhile. We walked in we were greeted by David W and immediately he helped us out with 4 major kitchen appliances- we were out in 30 minutes!
