I recently purchased a fantastic front door with the assistance of the Home Depot employee named Donald! He deserves a rating of 5!

Store was very clean and Cashiers Joshua was very friendly and awesome customer service.

The staff was very rude today, we shop here all the time and never had this happen.

Customer service was horrible. It took almost 45 minutes to process a transaction. I was waiting in line to pay but they moved me to 5 different cash registers. The cashier even forgot to remove the security strap on an item after purchase. Associates were trying to be friendly but if they could not assist they just passed me along to another one. Really!

store was neat and clean. there were lots and lots of customers and sales people who were friendly and very helpful.

Very personal

The store was clean and all the employee there are real friendly always with a smile and real helpful. I would recommend my friends to shop there for any appliances Diane Birch and Jan are the best they helped us with our purchase and always with a smile.

I stopped shopping here for a few years because of an encounter with an associate at the main desk about 4 years ago. She was very rude and not at all professional. I have checked the store periodically and I believe she is gone, so I am back. I have purchased carpet , many plants and many other items since my return. I am glad I came back, the quality of your employees have vastly improved. Everyone I have contact with in the last year has been wonderful.

Today I went to HomeDepot and found what I needed right away. Several employees asked me if I needed help in several different departments!! When I went to check- out, there was actually NO line and I didn't have to do self check-out (which I hate). This usually doesn't happen to me. I have not been to HomeDepot for months so I hope this is a usually event now. Keep up the good work.

Ali went out of his way to assist me on a online purchase, It wasn't even his dept. then he took us to customer service to help purchase the order. Ann and tessa took over and provided excellent service. My 10 year old son even said "they were nice helpers". It made our day.

I have only been to this store a few times, but each time I had excellent customer service and the help I needed. Kudos for making sure that your employees are the best...and have great senses of humor!

As a woman, sometimes shopping in a large hardware type store can be intimidating. But as soon as I walked into this Home Depot, I was able to go directly to the section I needed and there was someone there to offer help and guidance. I felt he was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his help. After making my selections, another very helpful young man was there to help me load the new bathroom vanity I just purchased into my car. It was very heavy but he got it in there and made sure it was secure. I've never been to a store with so many helpful, friendly employees.

Great store and great service, plus most anything you need for your project..... Why would you go anywhere else????

This is a wonderful store for shopping, as it carries the best products, always get the assistance I need, it is kept clean, and the associates are extremely friendly and helpful and courteous.

The stpre had everything I needed as usual, but if not the service counter is always very helpful in locating an item.

This is the main store I use and frequent often. I usually find what I need at this store. I can be tricky at times finding help, however the staff is very knowledgeable. An employee saved me over $100 when I was trying to get my grass green. He did not try to upsell, instead he spent the time to show me the correct way. My grass never looked more beautiful. Also, please seek out Mohammed if you have lighting/ ceiling fan questions. That guy is highly knowledgeable and he's very patient.

Each time I walk into the Glendale Home Depot I am greeted. I can stop any associate and ask for a product and get sent in the right direction or someone from the specific department will take me right to it. The isles are large enough for the handicap wheels. Sales are worth buying and the merchandise is high quality.
