Website showed 28 of item I needed in stock Naturally the shelf was empty and could not find any help at all.

Rarely do I enter the store and leave unhappy. Everything I need is usually there. And, if it isn't, an employee suggests alternatives.

Hard to find help locating items. SLOW checkout with the self checkout but you can’t self checkout nonsense. Checking out has become frustrating and slow. HD management needs a change.

Horrible store in every way possible. Its worth your time to visit the locally owned hardware stores in the area.

If you ever get the chance, you have got to look out for Tamara. She is the best employee that Home Depot has ever seen.

This shopping experience was much better compared to other home improvement stores because when I was having trouble at another store, Tara came to my rescue and assisted me in placing an order from Home Depot. Her 17 years of experience working at Home Depot made me feel more comfortable and assured of a smooth process.

I went in to buy some gardening supplies and pay my credit card bill. The people both at the service counter and the checkout counter were so eager to help. They worked fast and with a smile. Truly a great experience.

I came in and out the store without a hassle. Many employees came to help me and It was greatly appreciated.

Literally cannot get the workers to do a simple task and have the product that you paid for ready at the pickup time. Save time and headaches and just travel to a different store.

If you don't know what you are doing like me when it comes to gardening, go here. The girls and guy to load for you will love to help! The only thing that frustrated me this visit was the fact that employees in the store sent me in the wrong direction for certain items. Then there was the bird poop all over the bird seed and birds flying around my head LOL Needless to say I had to go another place afterwards to get my seed that birds haven't torn up.

I bought a zero turn at the Gonzales store very satisfied with the staff they were very friendly helpful and efficient

Had a great time looking at products. People were friendly. Sorry my stone were not in stock but will go another time for them.

We bought a microware and gas stove. Tara in the appliance department was very helpful and professional. Very pleased with the shopping experience.

There was a speciality type item I came in looking for. Ms. Tracy and I couldn’t find it on the floor. Mr. Mike made sure it was in the cage. It took a while to get the item out but they made sure I got what I needed before I left. Thanks so much

everything I purchase at the Home Depot i am always satisfied with, I really like the Gonzales store because there are some extremely great employees there that will go out of their way to help you.

Mr. Lionel was so very helpful. We are in Prairieville, closer to Highland Rd but we will go out of the way to shop the Gonzales location.
