Kevin Stewart in the flooring department is great to work with. Highly recommend.

This is our go-to store for most needed items. We have rental property, and it seems we generally need something weekly. This purchase was for a refrigerator for our own home. We realize that COVID has caused delays, so no store had what we needed, but we were able to order one we settled on at Home Depot to be delivered in a MONTH! Fingers crossed. The woman who helped us, Wilhelmina, was excellent and helpful.

Very friendly helpful advice. I like when I tell them what I need and they help me and very knowledgeable.

my main purpose for this rating is the way i was talked to by Mr. C in plumbing and once again he needs to be reprimanded to the highest because this man should not be on the sales floor waiting on customers at all bad atttude refused to answer my question hunching his shoulders very very disrespectful

I had a pickup item on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. The store associate, Robert brought my item out quickly, less than 5 minutes. He was very courteous, I would like to acknowledge him!

I flip houses and solely use Home Depot for most of my materials. I've gone to MANY different stores but this Harahan store has the BEST customer service..bar NONE!!! The employees were so friendly AND very helpful to say the least!!! What a great experience!!! Thank you, Home Depot!!!

My service from Willie a young black man with dreadlocks was so refreshing in a world where customers service is horrible and no one seem to care about it or give it. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. I was completely satisfied because of a caring working name Willie. Definitely appreciate his professionalism

clean some items hard to find

The customer service in this store was EXCELLENT! Associates worked as a team to help me complete a purchase and pick-up over 2 days. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly.

Went to this Home Depot after visiting the one next to my home, and it was worth the trip! my rating for Home Depot went from 0 at the first store to 100% satisfied in no time at all. We had the pleasure to deal with the most helpful attendant I had ever met at Home Depot, and he went waaaaay over and beyond being helpful; suggested items we may be forgetting for the project, took us to where in the store they were located, arranged for a forklift to bring them to us and then helped us load everything, all with a super helpful and courteous attitude! I really wish I had his name, he was mid 20-30, of african-american descent, I just noticed on my receipt it says salesperson; KSY4HB, he deserves a promotion!

Store Employees need to be more polite to customers. If they are asked a question they need to listen and help the customer find an answer. I asked three different employees the same question and could not get an answer.
