We enjoy shopping at this location because of the helpfulness of the store employees. On each visit we have been greeted by more than one employee. In addition to the competitive pricing, the decision for a major flooring purchase was made at this store due to the helpful employees. They refer to the store as a contractor's store, since it is hidden off the main road. But this actual is better in the long run because the store is not as crowded as other large hardware/lumber stores.

Employees are hard to find. Need more employees the ones I found were busy with other customers!

Associates were helpful and friendly

not enough registers opened to help customers check out, only 1 was opened that had a cashier there the other 5 were self check out and there was a long waiting line for the cashier one,i had a check to write and bought a lot so I had to wait.Had question on 2 different items couldn't find an employee to help us,one was a grill which we ended up waiting till we went to cashier area to ask for help with then had to wait,then had to get in line and wait.

Clean and organized with everything one needs for any project. Best of all the staff actually reached out to help instead of having to be tracked down. Makes for a faster and happier trip out to get what one needs to get the job done...without the visit becoming an extra chore. Great place to shop!

Great Customer service

General management philosophy must be customer satisfaction and management must stress that with who they hire and how they coach the sales people. Especially good are: Bill in hardware, Boris in electrical, Shawn in plumbing, and Logan in Doors and windows. I also feel they have made improvements in stocking levels over the last few years. Overall, a great place to shop.

Found employees to be very knowledgeable and readily available for questions.
