They had my order ready and complete. The stuff was extra friendly and professional. Great place to shop.

Camille and the young woman with a tattoo of two feet on her right arm were very rude and had a very bad attitude. I do not wish to be disrespected when I go shop.

We had very good service with the flooring people and we were very pleased with our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the flooring installation and order.

Huge issues with appliance delivery. They were very helpful.

The High Point Home Depot normally has exactly what I’m looking for. I asked an employee for directions to an item and he helped me look but did not know where to find it, it would have been helpful if he could have found another employee who was more familiar with that area of the store.

When I realized that I did not get the 10% discount across the board, I asked to see a manager. He quickly informed me that Home Depot was not a charitable organization. He was rude and disrespectful toward me. He was not at all caring about the commitment our military makes to defend his freedoms. I will not go back to Home Depot ANYWHERE unless there are no other options to purchase the same or comparable product elsewhere!!!

I had a great shopping experience & Home Depot had the items I was searching for on hand ready & available.

Every time I cant quite find what in looking for, there is always a helpful associate at this location who can guide me to what I need and offer suggestions

This is not specifically about the store but rather about a recent OTR microwave installation that didn't go well. This transaction reflects on the store but does not directly involve anyone at the store. I had waited 10 days for this unit to be delivered and installed when the Home Depot clown car arrived in my driveway and three clowns rolled out. I could detect right away that these clowns were under pressure to get this task completed as quickly as possible. In a perfect world things go just as you would like them to go. The chief clown encountered a challenge and did not hesitate to bail. I won't go into the details but you get the point. I will conclude with this: Unpreparedness + Incompetence = Failure

Today, July 9, while on the phone, I was faced with a frustrating, then reassuring situation with members of the, Home Depot store in High Point, NC. I had an outstanding order in store, which I planned to pick up but then needed to have it delivered. I checked another lumber store in the area and matched the same items, at the same prices but found their delivery fee to be #20.00 less. I called the Home Depot store to ask if my order could be delivered and if they would match the competitor’s price on the delivery fee. I was given an absolute, NO, on matching the delivery fee. I asked if my order could be canceled so I could purchase the items at their competitor and the answer was yes, if the merchandise was still in store, which it was. I was asked to wait, and was then disconnected twice. I called again, asked to speak with the manager, and for a third time disconnected. Upon calling the fourth time, I asked for management before being directed to the floor and was connected with Cliff Iacovelli, a member of the management team. I explained my dilemma of not being able to pick up my order, wanted to have it delivered, and if the delivery fee could be price matched to their competitor. He asked questions about my order, asked for a moment then got back with me and said the order could be delivered and affirmed that he would honor the competitor’s price on delivery. He transferred me to Laura Thomas, who toke excellent care of the process. She had problems entering the delivery fee, and asked if she could call me back. Shortly afterward, I received a call back from her confirming the supplies delivery, fee, and much to my surprise the delivery fee was less than that of the competitor. I worked retail for 15 years and realize how important the customers are to any company. Thanks to Cliff and Laura, present and future sales were saved and most of all a happy customer/consumer, due to their attitude and timely manner in which the situation was handled.

Needed a few things and associates helped me find them quickly and was very friendly! The store was very clean and they had many good deals available.

Absolutely love this store. Very organized and helps when so many are waking around to assist. The employees were cleaning and looked like they truly cared. Prices of lumber are astronomical. Woodworking is my passionate hobby unfortunately put to a haunt. Sad day!

We were purchasing several kitchen appliances and she was able to explain the differences between several brands to be sure we were buying the items we needed for our home. As always, Home Depot shopping was a great experience. Your employee's always provide outstanding service.

This store has a good selection of products, fast delivery, and excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with the sales associate who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and went above to provide great customer service. She was friendly and made me feel confident about my purchase- large home appliance.

My cashier greeted me by saying "who's next" followed by complaining about her problems. When I told her I wanted a grill outside, she told me to provide the sku of the item, rather than having outdoor items sku's located at her register OR offering to look it up. It's not my responsibility to do your employees job. After completing purchase she said thanks. What she didn't do was call someone to unlock the grills. I had to tell her they were locked. She gave me a huff and walked off to customer service. She went to get help while I went outside. She came out and asked if I was the person who bought grill from her 2 minutes ago. I was her last customer, and the only one who had gotten a grill in last 10 minutes. I said yes with a little irritation at this point. She said "well let me see your receipt. I see like so many people a day I don't remember people dude don't give me problems." The guy with her that unlocked grill just stood away and silent. Can't blame him. The cashier, Julie, was abysmal. This transaction with a useless employee that I had to tell how to do her job, has about driven me from the store, especially with me dropping several hundred just today, not to mention the amounts I've bought in paint and tools for my house. There's a competitor not 2 miles away and one in kernersville closer to my home. I can shop there instead of home depot.

I have been shopping at this store for years. Did an entire renovation of home I purchased a few years ago and purchased products from wood flooring to bathroom remodeling , refrigerator, kitchen stove, microwave and so many more. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend. People are very helpful and nice.

Home Depot seems to have more options to buy when I go looking for Pacific items such as curtain rods different things of that nature home products the prices seems to be better than other home good stores. Employees friendly and willing to help.
