I frequently visit this store, on the last two occasions I've visited I've had the opportunity of meeting a wonderful cashier by the name of Dymisha in the gardening area. This young lady is very pleasant, professional, and customer oriented and truly made my shopping experience better.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered online and when to pick up my order and my order was not ready. I went to the help desk and they told me to go to meet Carlos in the loading dock. I had to wait for someone to load my after I got a text 2 days before saying my order was ready for pick up. Carlos stopped to help someone stating in line checking out and then he loaded my order. I had a horrible pick up experience.

Whomever pull items getting them ready to be picked up for online orders should made sure all items are there.

Yes the guys who came to do my installation did a real good job they where very courteous.

Pam in the Appliance Dept provided the best customer service experience I've received in a long time. She was very knowledgeable and aware of technical issues with certain brand. She made my holiday shopping experience better on a very busy day.

I really enjoy shopping at this store, the employees address me by name and are very accommodating. Most items I am looking for are in stock an really value the availability of tool rental.

The manager Eric and the associate Anita went the extra mile to ensure I purchased the correct/quantity of products for the special order that I purchased. My questions and concerns were addressed. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Self check out customer service is great

Store was clean walk through the door was greeted by an employee was wonderful another employee asked us if we need a basket we denied because we didn't need a basket we were able to find what we need we were meet up with the gentleman who is about talking about air conditioners we don't have any air condition we have every window units and we needed some wasp spray we had another employee he was helpful on finding the one that we needed. All the employees were great cashiers we went to but the one young lady showed us which register to go to the self-checkout it was perfect don't change anything you have great customer service.

Very easy to locate your require items because the shelves label are properly printed on the top with the roll number clearly written, staff or personnel are all around the store to supports and also guard to where the items you needed is located. friendly personnel and polite in supporting you without you feeling like a fool or kid. the store environment and floor are extremely shining and clean. Absolutely all associates are friendly and helpful 99.99% Check it out!!!

Great store, Crispin is a wonderful Manager, Luis on the MET Team is extremely helpful and such a Great Person!!! Ran into Eddie who is also on the MET Team and he was extremely helpful! While looking for product ran into another MET Team member, Chene and she was able to direct me with a smile on her face!!! My salesperson, Pam in Appliances is a complete JEWEL!!! Love her!! What a wonderful team! Will definitely be going back there to shop!

I have live in this area for over 20yrs. I do find product easily. I do know its very hard to get assistance from employees at this store there are a few employees who are will to help and that's not good because of the amount of employees walking around or right out hiding not to help customers and its sad because it makes the look bad as a whole when so many other are trying the store is somewhat clean and associates are somewhat friendly and not so helpful because of the lack of knowledge of what product being sold.

I always have great customer service at this store. Even though there is another H.D. store closer to me, I will drive the extra mile to shop here.
