I'm not sure what the problem is but, I only go there when I don't feel like driving to Hawthorne or Inglewood store. This place is just awful in every experience I have ever had. No one is ever available to help and no one that you find knows about the product. They consistently say "I'm sending someone over" really? You stand there like a fool knowing no one is coming over. The knowledge of the product is poor to say the least. I had one female employee tell me that I need to learn to speak English. I reported to the manager and she didn't seem like that was a problem. Now if I said something like that to one of your employee, the entire store would be outrage. However, to be rude to an African American customer no one cares. The female manager never said "I am sorry that you experience that in our story". She just tried to hurry me out of the store. Yesterday, for the first time I had Jazmin as a cashier she was so very kind and awesome customer service. I had waited in about 10 minutes for someone to come and help me. But as usual no one came to help. I say a young lady radio someone to come and help. That just doesn't happen. I was by the Weed Wacks.

There are never employees in sight to help, items in the wrong place so cant find the right price. No price scanners to check prices or call button for help. If I am to self checkout to purchase why cant I check prices on my own. Could not find an employee to ask questions. Apparently home depot wants you to be the customer and employee and figure things out on your own.

This store has a huge variety of plants and succulents. The sales associates were very savvy on how to care for certain plants. Managers were readily available, had excellent customer service and were very patient. The cashiers smiled and made eye contact with customers and greeted each one. I love this Home Depot!

Clean and products in stock easy to find

I spent 3 hours correcting mistakes here that should have been done right the first time.

I had a horrible experience. I had to come back 3 times because i kept finding mistakes on my receipts. I have 4 receipts from today. I still feel like im being cheated. I would rather not go back to argue and waste my time.

They have a good amount of items but one major problem is the people sitting on the parking lot and harassing customers. Honestly so yourself a favor and shop online or go somewhere else that doesn't allow illegals to stand around bothering people.

The Huntington Park location by far is the best kept location of any Home Depot location I've visited. The employees are very nice. Two employees did stand out on one of my visits. The first was Humberto that helped me in finding the items I wanted to purchase and the other one was Beatriz the cashier that engaged in polite conversation with me while at check out. Great customer service skills are appreciated. Thank you:)

Love coming to this store it's always crowded with people but they always have everything stocked up.

Well been shopping at the Home Depot for going on decade now my father is the main cardholderon two different accounts I'm one of the newest card members we seem to always find all our home improvement needs throughout these many years with all the help and knowledge of the store employees not only does it make him still and of course myself very comfortable to shop the Home Depot at anytime sincerely yours a true customer thanks again jp
