That store have excellent costumer service, but needs more employees on different departments that can help customers with the different options, what is better for the project.

I have shopped at home Depot since they opened. They are all great stores with great employees. The lane avenue store is extremely busy at times. The people that work there are awesome. As long as I'm in Jacksonville I'll never shop anywhere else. If you sold groceries you would get all money. Lol

My experience purchasing a Washer was fantastic due to the Sales Person LUCY!!! Ask for her and she will take care of you fast, friendly and thoroughly.

The store located on Lane Avenue in Jacksonville FL was the worst Home Depot Store that I have ever been in. I've been in several HD stores from Florida to New York. There was basically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store. Cashier was great

I love Home Depot. Great products & great service! I recently bought a pitchfork & it broke after a cpl of uses. It was made to thin. Also I wish customers could just show military ID for discount. Using the APp while in line, for someone not electronically savy is frustrating. I feel like it's to deter ppl from even using miltary discounts.

I bought a Whirlpool range last month and yesterday I bought a Magic Chef chest freezer. Very pleased so far.

Was having a rough day and decided to peruse your store for some basic supplies while I was out. Noticed a beat up old flashlight package in the back of the flashlights on aisle 15 and decided to take that one. Had some trouble with checking out with it in self-checkout and Wendy helped me out. Won't forget it.

The employees always assist me in getting what is best for my need or desire. They are professionals.

There is an employee at the Lane Av store in Jax, FL. in the paint section. His name is Lynn. The most friendly and helpful employee ever. He is certainly an asset to Home Depot.

Roamed around the garden center for 15+ minues trying to find Vigoro Fertlizer. No one around to assist any of the customers; different Fertifzer barnds scattered in many different areas, one has to guess where it is in a large garden area . Lane ave Store's customer service is going downhill with every visit. Seems short staffed.

Every time I come to this store the employee's are very helpful and friendly and more than happy to help me find what I need. They carry a huge line of products at reasonable prices. I love this store.
