The associates at the Johnston Home Depot are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoy every visit to this store.

the store was clean and easy to access all that i was looking for. Every employee that i passed ask me if i needed assistance. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would like to bring to your attention that your appliance specialist, Patricia Gorman, went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. She was very friendly and helpful. A sales associate named Crystal was also very helpful. I was also aided by Dionna and Brendan, I could not have asked for better service than the service I received from them. I am very grateful for the Johnston location, by far this is the best Home Depot that I have gone to in the whole state of RI.

Dwight and Wendy were super helpful and kind. I work in retail and very seldom do I go to a store and feel as if the associates were genuine. Both of these people were, and it was greatly appreciated. In terms of the store itself.... it's a Home Depot. You know how it works. It's people that MAKE a shopping experience, NOT the product. 5 star service for sure!

I had a great experience! First the store has been updated a little and looks great! I Was greeted upon entry, helped to where i needed to be for the items i was looking for. upon arrival to lumber was greeted by friendly staff eager to assist. one associate took complete ownership of my shopping experience, walked me to the next few isles for additional items i needed, helped me with the items and even walked me to the check out and manager where i needed to discuss an item in inventory. The associate Kevin was extremely sincere and helpful, very diligent which was impressive for age and level of experience, especially given they were not even a floor / sales associate. The manager Jarrod was terrific and also had a great disposition and was very professional and pleasant to work with, and assisted me to ensure i was satisfied with the outcome and purchases. i am really impressed with the management team, i have been a customer of home depot, with this location being my preferred store, i was pleased with overall experience, especially after my last visit which did not measure up to the exceptional service received today! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work! Best wishes in the year ahead!! :)

The gift card selection was very good and there was help at the checkout.

Wood, small fitting are not marked so checkout is awful. Not enough cashiers working. I waited 14 min to checkout. Shop Loews rarely any wait. Most staff were very nice.

my Nexell Grill was damaged when I opened it (was assembled at store)

We ordered kitchen cabinets 10 years ago and now we are building a home and ordered Anderson Windows on 7/11/2018. I have to say the customer service was excellent again. Brandon and LouAnn of the Window Dept are exceptional individuals and should be rewarded. Their customer service and patience were overwhelming. I never felt rushed.

Employee's were very helpful.

This Home Depot store is full of items to select from and easy to access from the main road as well. I also like the fact that the associates are there to assist me with lifting heavy items into or out of the cart in order to make my purchases. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to purchase supplies for building needs or small projects and even just to purchase household cleaning items.
