The associate (male) who helped me with getting the items I needed was extremely helpful and listened to my issues with trying to order on line and my call with the 800 # which was not helpful and not user friendly. This Kalispell store was way more helpful than Missoula store and it is worth it for me to drive the extra 30 miles to pickup my items ordered.

I was a little disappointed that the lawn and garden attended wouldn't give me a discount on two opened bags of top soil. They offed instead to combine the two bags and charge me the regular price of one bag.

Returned a item, customer service very helpful. Cashier was also very friendly. Store was clean workers were setting up Christmas displays, but stopped to answer questions on where to find items in the store.

The store usually has abundant staff that are all friendly and willing to help.

Great experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was able to make returns with very little questions and they were able to reimburse me the cost of the items back onto my Home Depot card without any difficulties. I would definitely recommend this store.

This is my favorite go to store for all our building and remodeling supplies. I have found the store to be clean and the employees friendly and helpful. Plus we can take our little dog into the store which is a big plus since the store is about 1.5 hours from our house so leaving Fido at home is not an option and who wants to leave their precious pet in a hot or cold car.

It seems that whatever we might need, we can find there. Store personnel are consistently knowledgeable and helpful in finding the items we are looking for. Prices reflect the quality of the items stocked.

I love Home Depot over all other hardware stores. They carry what I need usually and I have more choices. I also love the app because when I am in the store or before I go I can add the items location on my list or look up on the app and find it without asking for help. I also love being able to shop online and pick up in store.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Their ability to assist me with purchases as a property manager and a woman often by myself in the store trying to make decisions makes my job easier to find the right things for my projects. I feel that they partner very well with the client to find what works.

Really great experience at this store. Very friendly and helpful associates, especially Chris, who patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through buying half a dozen new appliances.

Store is disorganized making it difficult to find items. Like types of products are on one side of an aisle then continued on another aisle offset from the original. Seems like things are kind of scattered. You think you've found the right aisle and after searching there's more of like product in the back aisle two or three aisles over. It's an unnecessary mess making finding what you're after difficult. I get really frustrated.

The people in the paint and lumber department were very helpful and even though they were extremely busy I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and they took the time I needed.

I only have criticism for follow-up and tracking my order. I ordered a dishwasher, it was 2 days late but no one had any helpful information. I final received an e-mail that it was ready for pick-up and called the store. Customer service was very nice and tried to be helpful, but information took almost 10 minutes to locate --REALY?? Just to be told I can pick up my order...??

Best home improvement store in the valley. Always friendly staff and easy to find items.

Everytime we purchase lumber we have to wait 45 minutes to have forklift operator pull lumber from overhead. Then the staff never helps load lumber. Literally staff walks away or stands there watching you load by yourself but waiting for the lumber cart to be empty. Poor customer service

I really like it here. They always have what I am looking for and an amazing amount of things on my wish list for the future. People are helpful and friendly here.
