Remember 50 years ago when the Hardware Stores that helped you find things and give you assistance on how to do a job?? THIS STORE STILL DOES!! I was overwhelmed by the help and friendliness of every one I came in contact with. This store is clean, has a huge selection of items, and people who really care about you and take pride in doing a GREAT job!! I can not imagine going anywhere else.

Keene is a great store. I needed help finding an item. Ashley Isasky went above and beyond helping me. She found the item up on the top rack. Then got a ladder to get it down for me. She also explained about the PRO program benefits so I signed up.

a great location to be able to get help with anything fairly quickly not over crowded . Its clean and pleasant with plenty of parking Great for on the run people like myself.

Every time I had to go to this store, I have been very happy with the service and the staff. I was pleasantly surprised the last time by having a store employee do her job exceptionally well and really cared about the customer, and not because she had to as employee, but because she really cared, and she does her job well. Something you do not see much anymore! Most people do the bare minimum and nothing more. This lady is job "Old School". She did her job well!!!!

I drove 45 minutes out of my way to shop at this Home Depot. The employees were great, especially Butchie, the store was well stocked and impressive. I would encourage you to drive past other home improvement stores to visit the Keene Home Depot.

This Home dept is clean and well stocked with a good supply of just about everything one would need to DIY

Tracy, Ray, and Dianne all went above and beyond. They knew what they were talking about and were able to help me in a professional fun manor.

If you are renovating your kitchen, Kitchen Designer Billy G. will go out of his way to educate, explain, suggest options and help you find the best cabinets for your needs. He is courteous, dependable, and knowledgeable. We feel we have made a friend.

I would recommend this store as it always has everything you need. But, cashier Arthur needs to be more pleasant when it comes to people using cashing people out instead of acting like cashing ones out is an inconvenience

I am in the process of building a 24' x 24' addition onto my existing Furnishings and Gift store. When I did my first reno, I went to the Keene NH store for materials and was introduced to the Pro desk. What a Godsend! On my recent visit to order doors, windows and electrical materials, I was blessed with 3 sales clerks, Jerry (lighting), Nancy (Pro desk) and Jolene (doors and windows) who were fabulous to work with. The sales workers on the floor (there are several all over) answered questions, told me where to find what I couldn't and overall were extremely helpful. I will never hesitate to go there for all of my home needs. FABULOUS STORE WITH GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

The Keene, NH Home Depot is a great place to shop. Their employees are always very courteous & helpful.

Pallets of product blocking the aisles. Associates that don't understand how to properly wear a face mask even though its mandated by the company itself AND the Keene ordinance. Don't go there thinking the employees are there to help you. They won't even make eye contact. Seriously disappointed. I know this location is capable of so much better. Shame on management for letting it get this bad.

The Keene Store is the cleanest and best organized of any Home Depot I have been in. It has more product than the Nashua stores. the staff is friendlier, and more helpful.

Remembering the first day of opening in Fishkill, NY. I had made my husband close his eyes and told him I was taking him to a special toy store. Being the nice guy he was, he did so. We lived a few miles away in PV, NY. When we got out of the car, I told him to open his eyes and watched the glint in his eyes as we walked to the store. Every year, for our anniversary, I bought him ANOTHER tool till he passed away. Having learned Western Construction in College.....I now have a wonderful collection of tools, as well as now sharing them with my significant other.

They seem to be a lot better then they use to be, People know what they are doing and are friendly.

Great store! Associates always ask if I have found what I need. Clean, and looked after.

Employees are always helpful and go above and beyond for customers!

I would recommend this store due to it always having what I'm looking for, in stock and the kind and the helpful store employee Mari, who always has a warm hello and how can I help you today. On those points alone I recommend this store.
