I was shopping for LVF for my family room. The flooring department was wonderful. The employees listened to my requests & questions, and had excellent suggestions for me. The woman helping me took her time to show me her recommendations & listen to more questions. She made sure I had everything I needed when buying the actual flooring so that I wouldn't need to come back mid-project for something. She even helped me load my trolley. Kudos to whoever does the hiring for the flooring department!

I know I shouldn't be surprised, but once again I couldn't get help at Home Depot in King of Prussia. This isn't the first time, but it's been a while since it has happened. This time I needed a bucket of hydraulic cement and there was none on the lower shelves. I asked for help from four different associates and finally after twenty minutes I went and got the ladder myself. Made sure it was stable when I put it where I needed it and got my own bucket. Of course all of a sudden there were several associates there as I was climbing down asking if I needed help. Crazy, like I just wander around stores climbing ladders for the heck of it.,..

Store 4188 in King of Prussia PA has some great employees who are friendly, knowledgable and solution oriented. Selection of product is good. Though, during the Covid-19 pandemic, management's precautions about customer and employee safety seem barely adequate. I like this store in normal times. But if you are in an at-risk population regarding the Covid-19 threat, however, I would check out other options. The prevention of Covid-19 spread is not a high priority for this store, considering the number of people coming and going from this location. Though they have plastered the windows with Covid-19 signs, like every other retailer, sanitizer, cleansing wipes (for cleaning the handles of your shopping cart) are almost non-existent.

Great services due to exceptional employees.

I got some phenomenal service from one of your employees, Eric, who reminded me of how great the service at Home Depot used to be. The store is clean, well stocked and safe, as it had a sign on the front that read, "No Mask, No Entry." I feel safe and well taken care of when I enter the Home Depot.

The store has a good number of knowledgable staff. Sometimes there is a lack of product on the shelf, but not often enough that I wouldn't check there first. Checking stock online is not a bad idea before visiting but if it says there are only a few I wouldn't count on the number's accuracy.

The store was clean, Covid precautions were maintained. Everyone had masks, cashiers were behind plastic screens. Only bad thing is that you need to check the items availability. It seems that a ot of things are available to be shipped to the store that you thought would be on the shelf. Also if the quantity listed is low, it is probably not in the store.

I had an amazing experience at this Home Depot location. I was looking for a Patio Set that mentioned "limited stock" on your website. I called and a gentleman named Vick was able to let me know there were two available in upstock. When I got to your store in the afternoon, after work, I was helped by a sales associate - Anni. She was able to find the item I was looking for and got the help of a fellow employee, Brian, who used a forklift to get the item down from the high shelving (used caution doing this). I then needed to find a cart that would be able to fit this item. A gentleman named Andrew asked if I needed assistance with something and was able to locate a cart in the parking loot and bring it over to me. Lastly, but not least - Tyrese, was up near customer service and was not only able to help me up to the register area, but also out to my car! He put the set in my car and off I went! I love the Patio set I purchased, but more importantly wanted to take the time and thank you and your associates for the amazing shopping experience! Please let them all know that, in my eyes, they went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate all of them!!

It's a clean store but why are dogs allowed in any store? Some are allergic; some don't like them; think about the thousands of non dog owners. They can always leave them home... novel concept

Cashier overcharged me today in the garden section. Didn’t notice at the time. Feeling frustrated by her actions and lark of attention to detail.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

I worked with Steve in Mill Work for about 3 weeks. Steve assisted me in purchasing over $9,000 worth of patio doors. I was specific with what I needed and had lots of questions and revisions to my quote. He answered my (many) questions promptly and professionally. After 3 weeks, I finalized my quote and visited the store to provide payment. There were lots of people waiting for Steve in Mill Work. Even though he was busy, he stopped what he was doing to continually acknowledge us waiting. A+++

Go somewhere else it's worth drive and 15 minutes down the road to one of the other home depot locations. Where you can not only find the products you need, in the right place where its designated to be. Where the people are more helpful and courteous.

I panic and feel lost in these giant hardware stores. But the people at Home Depot in King of Prussia are unfailingly helpful and generous with their time, and I almost always leave with what I needed...and sometimes something better. The store was full of products and I had no trouble finding what I wanted.

This store is very good at keeping the shelves stocked. It's rare that I need to track down a store assistant to get something from the bulk inventory at the top of the racks. This store also has a "real" plumber working the plumbing department who really knows his stuff. Ask for "Jimmy the plumber". He'll steer you to the right item for your project, even if it's a specialty item that can only be purchased at a plumber's supply house. They also have plenty of self check-out stations at this location, more then I've seen at those other guys. I can usually check out in just a few minutes after finishing my shopping.

Valerie in customer service is so helpful! She was able to help me navigate the return of 4 items with a receipt and a 5th item that i didn't have a receipt for. Highly recommend this store - specifically working with Valerie.

I recently went to the Home Depot at this location to find a particular item. I was helped by an employee and he even walked around with me to help me find the item. I went to the cashier and she was very friendly. She even called the manager to help me with my question. Both the cashier and the manager helped answer my question and got what I needed for the price I wanted.
