I walked in to speak to customer service about using my store credit with them so they can order what I needed since I couldn’t use the store credit online, a woman told me no that I had to use the store credit in store. Luckily I ran into Grant and asked him, he ended up ordering what I needed using the store credit. I had the best experience because of Grant ! Thank you for being knowledgeable

Customer service was very good. Very helpful especially when you need a hand to bring you stuff in your car.

In today's society it's hard to find genuine people and John is definitely one of them, i work in hospitality so i know just how demanding customers can be, but to have a positive attitude up until the end of shift isn't easy but he had i. Kissimmee location in W Vine st had the best staff! Compared to where I live in Pennsylvania. They were helpful, sincere and care about their customers!

Employees at this store are lazy, not helpful, and do not wear mask to stop the spread of Covid 19. I was wearing my mask and the employees were looking at me with a mock smile because I was wearing it. They made me feel very uncomfortable. These employees are not helpful at all when you need assistance.

They always seem to have exactly what I need in stock, and I can usually find it cheaper here than online even.

I would like to say that Luz is a wonderful and excellent cashier. She was very attentive and helpful throughout the finish process.

The store associates and manager Jon and a Mrs. Liz we're great knowledgeable and patient with me also they gave me directions to the store at lasr minute I really appreciate the help and patience.
